Fantastic cladding shop with a great range of products at competitive prices. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me choose the right materials for my project. The quality of the cladding was excellent, delivery was prompt, and friendly.

The tiles were literally useless. Had to bin it. I ordered the same tiles in the past but the manufacturer was obviously not the same!

I chose a specific delivery date due to my work schedule. Unfortunately, the shipment arrived on a different date, and I had to take an extra day off. The panels are 5 stars. Unfortunately, the delivery was rated 1 star.

2x tiles arrived broken, but another 2x were sent out to me the same day. Good customer service. We had to order other floor tiles to compensate for high delivery charge of £70!

In addition, the products have been really great quality and the delivery service has always been great, sending 2 people and putting the panels into our office or our customers homes safely, without us having to handle them.

Could not fault value for money - had been searching for weeks for the right tile at a reasonable cost and Walls and Floors couldn't be beaten.
Their service from start to finish was great - sample tile available at good price. Swift delivery once ordered within 2 days, updates what day delivery would be made, approximate time within a 2 hour period the night before, and text advising a more definite time on the day - with tracking available so you could see exactly where the lorry was. Well packaged and no broken tiles.
Couldn't fault the service. Excellent!
