As ever, great selection , great tiles, great customer service

They answer the phone when you call and they delivered exactly what we ordered at the right time. The SPC Trepanel panels look great (Blue Dramatic Marble). We really cannot fault them, whereas we have been let down badly by another company, had to cancel the order after 3 months and are now fighting to get our money back.

Excellent quality, the delivery service is also great. Will be using them again on our next project.

I ordered some tiles for a bathroom refit, upon delivery some of the tiles were damaged in transit.
I contacted customer service and Maryam was great! I requested replacement tiles for the next day, which she organised and was very prompt to resolve my query. Although my plumber has said the tiles I picked are hard to install (Matt and no pattern so chips show up) I would recommend the company just for the CS because that is an important element for me - the after sales support, thanks Maryam

The splashback tiles arrived quickly and look great. No complaints.

Mehwish was very helpful. I was unable to order any cut samples as i had reached my limit but its so hard to see the actual colour of the tiles from the website, as we are trying to match our kitchen tiles for the outside patio. The website advised a small fee was now required which was fine but then didn't give you an option. I emailed Customer services and Mehwish asked for the samples and my billing and postal address. I sent these all over and next thing i know i got the invoice sent over with £0.00 balance and the samples sent out by amazon shipment. Brilliant customer service and very quick and so helpful. Thank you.

Excellent tiles to work with. Due to the nature and texture of the tile not always easy to cut using a manual tile cutter nevertheless easy using an electric one. Delivery efficient and on time, kept me informed of shipment. Would use again

Excellent product, really happy with how the project turned out. We couldn’t use regular slats as wood too deep for skirting board, but the veneer type panels are a great alternative. Good customer service and prompt delivery.

I had a generally positive experience with Walls and Floors. After one of the tiles broke after installation, I contacted their team for support. Although they were unable to provide specific technical information regarding the maximum weight the tile could support, they were helpful and responsive in arranging a replacement.

It should be noted that the replacement tile was not provided free of charge, and I had to pay for it. However, I appreciated the assistance provided by their customer service team and the way they helped resolve the matter.

Overall, while I would have preferred clearer technical guidance and a complimentary replacement, I was pleased with the level of communication and support received.
