Very nice, well made wall panels which came well packed. They look very smart in my dining room. Courteous delivery men and good contact re. delivery dates and times, although my delivery was put back a day at short notice, which could have been inconvenient.

Ordered samples which came really quickly. Contact from company by email should we need any help in selecting our porcelain tiles. Ordered and they delivered the same week, great service and very happy with the tiles which look lovely and just as they were shown on the website. Would be happy to recommend

Second time purchasing from walls and floors good communication about order status.

The stock shown was 658 terracotta tiles. So we ordered the lot only to receive an email to the effect that the next shipmant was due in 3 weeks. We did not want that delay so I phoned and asked them to check actual stock. They confirmed after checking that they had enough stock to fulfill the order which then arrived a couple of days later. We have now finished laying them and the result is good. Job done!

As ever, great selection , great tiles, great customer service

They answer the phone when you call and they delivered exactly what we ordered at the right time. The SPC Trepanel panels look great (Blue Dramatic Marble). We really cannot fault them, whereas we have been let down badly by another company, had to cancel the order after 3 months and are now fighting to get our money back.
