Absolutely first rate service, ordered quickly on the website, great value for money. A delivery date was given at time of order, this can be changed by the purchaser if not convenient.

Im giving four stars as the tiles are perfect, the website seemed to crash sometimes when I was navigating around, when I tried to ring the customer service the lady was helpful but definitely didnt seem like she wanted to be there 😊 we all have off days! Other than that I got there in the end and im happy with the delivery etc and how my bathroom is looking so far!

We are absolutely delighted with these acoustic wall panels. We had been searching everywhere for this exact warm greige beige colour and simply couldn't find anything comparable. The quality of the panels is outstanding – they are beautifully finished, feel premium, and look even better in person than in the photos.

We would also like to give a special thank you to Josh from customer services. He was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the whole process. His excellent support made the experience even better.

I ordered just one sample tile came in a couple of days, good communication on when it would arrive. Unfortunately it wasn't the right colour but nothing wrong with the tile.
