Had an issue with the product which didn't work as it was described. Customer service told me someone would be in contact with me after me asking, sadly never received any further emails or a phone call. For a product that costs £120 plus delivery you would expect better customer service. This is coming from a professional decorating company.

Excellent overall service, shame DPD let them and me down
The parcel was despatched promptly, it was very well wrapped and Comms were excellent. The only thing that let them down was DPD , who would do well to learn the art of customer service from these guys. Even when DPD messed up massively, their customer service was spot on and at least they tried to sort it out for me. Highly recommend Walther Strong, avoid DPD if at all possible!

Ordering fine and delivery very quick. Product was extremely east to lay and feels secure. Time will tell as to how good it is in protecting the wood. My previous joists rotted without any protection.
