Excellent service and product
Great service, product arrived within 24hrs of ordering. Well packaged (loving the enclosed biscuits as a treat)
Product, deck tape is expensive but it is everywhere so decided to get a reputable brand. Not going to scrimp on using something cheap and take the risk of rotting joists, time will tell if it’s money we’ll spent.

Best company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Customer service is second to none and the products are brilliant. I bought the deck tape and it’s brilliant. Although it wasn’t ideal some of the timber was still a bit damp. This stuck no problem. Really pleased. Thanks again

Amazing customer service
Updated to 5* review for excellent customer service and resolving an initial issue quickly.
The deck tape originally received did not want to stick around the edges of the wood (maybe I just got unlucky and had a bad batch or it was something to do with the chemicals in the wood). In any case, Walther Strong got in touch with me and sent a replacement free of charge. Top service, thank you!

Excellent product and service
At first I was a little sceptical regarding the decking tape, but must say this is a brilliant product and easy to install. Clearly repels the water/elements, whilst hopefully protecting and extending the longevity of the joists. Although a little pricey, a great product with excellent service and quick delivery.

I was looking for coloured silicon to match the oak window surrounds that had recently been installed.
The managing director himself telephoned me to advise that one of the colours i had requested was out of stock and following our discussion he sent me a sample board of the actual silicon itself to enable me to get as close a match as possible.
The kind of service you always wish you would receive bur very rarely do. A shining example of a business that places true value on its customers.

Wood was cold/damp that the tape was…
Wood was cold/damp that the tape was being attached to. Didn't really stick. After deciding to dry out the wood with a hairdryer it stuck. After that action the tape seems to be doing it's job.

Thanks so much for taking the time to share your experience - we really appreciate it, Decktape does cure to damp timber but it is a slower curing process than applying it to dry timber. This probably explains why it didn't seem to stick initially but it will cure to the timber as it gradually dries out.
