Ordered a cricut maker 3 bundle online

Ordered a cricut maker 3 bundle online. Got an explorer 3. And I was told they cannot give me what I ordered. I’ve had to take the order back to the store. Still waiting for refund and no replies to my mail or TAT on when I should expect my money. It’s horrible. I’m inconvenienced in every way possible and they cannot do anything about it. This was my first time using Walton’s and it’s just been horrible to say the least. Other stores have the machine but they refused to deliver the one I paid for.

Ordered something simple for same day…

Ordered something simple for same day delivery as it is time sensitive. I am currently without transport and needed this urgently. Only to wait the whole day for no product to be delivered. Then when I contacted them, I was told that they don't do same day delivery. I have screenshots of the whole process where I can go and buy a product from this branch for same day delivery. Then I get told they will deliver it the following morning. When I phoned later the following day, I was informed that they will check and get back to me. Almost 2 hours later, I get a phone call back stating that the order has been cancelled on the same day I placed it because it was diverted to a branch that does not have stock of the item. I don't see the amount back in my account. I don't have a product. And I am in so much trouble now, because now I have to figure out a way to do the things I need to do without the product and without having transport. This is the worst experience I have had ever.

Alls well that ends well

I ordered speed delivery because I needed the product urgently.... when I opened the cartiridge it was the wrong one. Checked my invoice. I had ordered correctly but it was packed incorreclty in-store. Long story short, the store came to the party and brought me the correct one within a few hours and although it set me back, the service I received was great as they corrected their error ASAP.
