I have been waiting for my goods for over 5 weeks and they said I would receive them in 10-14 days. I paid over $ 400 and to this day I have not received a response. I haven’t seen the reviews before ordering but let the others watch. DO NOT ORDER IN THESE CHEATERS

Rubbish this comment is from another costumer but I had the same respond and u think they have put it much better than me

SCAM SCAM SCAM company. I paid £40 for some Metal Chickens I got small plastic chickens..nothing like what I had ordered. They wanted photo evidence of the chickens which i sent to prove I wasnt telling lies. They then said this is what I ordered and not getting my money back or refund label. They now refuse to communicate.

AWFUL COMPANY, DO NOT USE! Product was with free delivery, but they charged delivery. Item took 6 weeks to arrive and then it was faulty! Contracted them, said they couldn't refund as it was ordered over 30 days ago. Contacted credit card company, got full refund, credit card company now chasing them for payment.

Terrible service,faulty items,I ordered hair curler,arrived after a month,when I saw it was opened already,I tried to use it,thought it will work,the item was faulty,communicated with tthem to get replacement or refund,they offered me £2 pound as componsation and £3 pounds were they best offer.Don't buy anything from them ,you will regret it.

I do not recommend this company. One of two orders placed only 2 days apart has not arrived having waited 8 weeks. First order arrived within 2 weeks. I cannot get them to give me a refund. I am being told to continue to wait the arrival as because of the pandemic parcels are being held up. Nonsense....very poor customer service!!

Same bad experience, sent the wrong size shoes and refused to believe they have and won't replace or return. Their website gives the impression that you can but they won't accept my return!

Absolutely terrible service ordered in January and still waiting been told it’s been lost by the carrier but won’t answer me now or offer a refund, I will keep trying but avoid like the plague. Shocking company and terrible customer service!!!

To anyone thinking about making a purchase from this company DON’T DO IT. The hair curler that I purchased broke the 2nd time of using it. I contacted them and emailed them videos as requested but all they kept saying was that they had sent what I ordered and they would not be issuing me a replacement and told me “to note it!” I raised a case with PayPal and got my money back but could have done without the hassle. STEAR CLEAR OF WANDERJOJO

If I could give no stars I would. Wrong size shoes sent, and now stuck with them as I can’t return them. They won’t accept any liability for wrongly sized. Utter waste of money.

Wish I could give no stars.... Awful service. Don't order anything unless you are 100% certain it will fit as they will not let you return anything and they are quite rude about it. In their eyes if they have sent you what you ordered then nothing else matters. Shoes were not true to size

Ordered hair curlers. Overcharged, which I managed to claim back through PayPal but then item never arrived. They have sent fake tracking information to PayPal who have denied my refund as they have ‘proof’ of it being delivered. Total utter scam will never see that money back or the item and also disappointed in paypal for not picking up on this.

Ordered 2 hair curlers.
They took extra money out my bank.
My order has never arrived, I haven't had a refund and they don't reply to my emails.

Initially they took more money than I authorised, then the didn't cancel the order even though I requested it be cancelled within an hour of ordering. Since then I've been trying to get a returns label but they are not responding to messages or emails

Shocking - Dreadful - A scam - DO NOT ORDER
Ordered an item and when it arrived it was nothing like it was described on the web site.
When I tried to contact them they were worse than useless - deliberately so I believe

Ordered Canvas Slip On Flat shoes. Waited nearly 3 weeks for delivery. Arrived today and look absolutely nothing like the video or pictures that were advertised. Cheap and nasty and smell of chemicals which is quite nauseating. No memory foam insole as stated on the promo video. Hard plastic inner sole with thin insole. The top of shoe comes that far up the top of foot that there is no chance of even pushing your foot in as your heel folds the back down and crushes it to the point you can't pull it up over heel. The side elastic panels don't even stretch to allow any maneuvering of foot into the shoe. The sole is cheap white plastic that is bent out of shape. Toe end of shoe, the canvas is puckered where it's been glued to the plastic. The sides of each shoe, which on the video shows a brown leather look printed badge, is just a plain, un evenly cut piece of plastic which isn't sewn on straight. Tops are thin, fraying pieces of canvas that is all out of shape. Don't waste your money. This company needs properly sorting out for selling sub standard goods and false advertising.

Bought a hair curler of this company it worked once and now won’t charge. I have emailed company several times and asked to return item or have a replacement but no joy I was offered £5 compensation. Now they won’t refund or reply foaming

Got shoes I ordered 3 weeks after order and they are so small I cant get on my feet.im a size 3.5 to 4 and ordered a 4! Terrible quality

Dreadful. Company sent damaged and none working hair curler and refused replacement or refund. Its a MASSIVE SCAM. Do not trust them or attempt to buy anything from them. Fuming.
