Ordered from this provider, more was taken from my account than was authorised.
Said they couldn’t cancel because the item has been sent. When I asked for my money back this was ignored. Then days later received confirmation the item has been sent. Unlikely that it will ever arrive.
Save your money, this is a scam.

Don't order scam scam scam. Ripped me off big time am fuming Don't be fooled by these thieves who take your money, pretend they sent your order and then completely ignore you when you want your refund on the item never ever received

Have had the same experience as others when ordering the set of chickens. They have obviously used a picture from another website to advertise a set of chickens which look nice on there but in reality they are tiny and plastic. They are described as metal and 28cm high but they are not. I also asked for a set of 5 which were all different but I received 5 of the same. Despite me going back to them several times they are sticking with the same answer that they have sent me the correct order therefore they will not refund. They order also took about 4 weeks to arrive.
Please do not use this fraudulent company.

Avoid !!!!!
They send you a faulty product that doesn’t work, and won’t allow you to return it. Customer service terrible.

The Wanderjojo customer service was terrible. No joy emailing them just get fobbed off. First chicken ground spike snapped off when pushed into soft grass!!!

I am so annoyed i didn't read the reviews before i paid for hair curlers. I've been waiting over 10 weeks for my order which i was advised would take 10-14 days! 4 emails later & same response "we've posted them, they're now in transit so out of our hands" i have threatened with writing a bad review hence that's how I've seen all these awful reviews, fuming & disappointed that i have fallen for a bloody scam! Beware DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS!!

Same experience as already stated in other reviews - order placed for £67 but £80 taken from my account. Contacted seller but no confidence will be resolved - asked PayPal to cancel payment. Wished I’d checked here before ordering!

Wish I'd read reviews before ordering.
Took more money then stated on invoice. When I tried to email to question this and cancel order I got no reply. By the time they finally do reply apparently the item has been shipped. Funny how I didn't get shipping Information till a week or so later. There a complete scam and if I could leave less stars I would.

I pray no one purchases anything from this fraudulent website. It is a total scam. Not only did they take my money, they sent me fake emails reassuring me that my electronic curler would arrive. In addition to that, the curler cost me £29.00 with free shipping yet they took £35.99 from my bank account. They need to be stopped immediately!

AVOID. My product arrived broken. They refused to reimburse or replace unless i paid to post to China. Zero customer service. Do not use thus company...wish i had checked the reviews.

This company is a big con they take ya money they repeat the emails back with the same answers just wish I had read reviews from people before I ordered please do not buy any thing from this fake company

SCAM! As per other customers reviews, I ordered metal chickens from this company and received plastic acrylic versions. They offered $3 dollars as compensation!
The last email says "Sorry we can only refund you $3

Absolute rubbish.

AVOID AVOID please do not buy from this company, i have never received my order and was over charged by nearly £10 i am currently in dispute with PayPal and wanderjojo!!

It’s a SCAM, product nothing like it’s described!
Purchased Chickens Art of Garden, described and pictured as METAL garden ornaments of certain size.
What arrived is a poor lookalike version in PLASTIC much smaller in size!
Contacted via email several times, of course NO reply.
Don’t buy from them, save yourself the trouble!

Would give zero stars!! Ordered 15 days ago for a friends birthday. Received a link so I could track the delivery and keeps coming up not known. Have tried to contact them several times with no response. RUBBISH AND A CON

Wish I had read the reviews - took more than the advertised price and hair curler has never arrived. Originally said it had been delivered then sent me tracking links that do not work! No response from customer service other than a nee tracking link that doesn’t work. Complete scam. Avoid at all cost!

Avoid avoid avoid!! Cost £29.99 they took £34.99. After following tracking number for 4 weeks finally arrived in UK and was delivered to wrong address double checked my order confirmation was correctand it was. Contacted royal mail who confirmed name and address for that tracking number was not my name and address. Company completely useless can only contact via email and kept getting same message response and now they've stopped replying. Now going through PayPal for a refund hopefully. Please don't use this company more hassle than it's worth

So I made a purchase from this company for a sum of £25.49, when payment was completed I was charged £30.49, I contacted the company to be told it was vat due to brexit! My order was placed 25th January, I had a further email with a tracking number on the 6th February, the tracking number is coming up invalid and still no delivery! I've been in contact with the company to no avail, and now I've opened a dispute with paypal in the hope I get my money back. I only wish I had read the reviews on the company as the curler was a gift for my daughters birthday.
