Ordered 4 items, they took the money from my cc and never sent a thing and now they are non-existent on the web!

SCAM! Do not order anything from them, I been waiting for months and never got my maps. they will never respond to any of your emails.

This company is an absolute scam! Absolutely agree with the other reviews. My product has not arrived and I've requested a refund in accordance with their refund policy, but rather than take my request seriously they keep sending a standardised response asking me to wait a little longer. This has been going on for almost a month! It's crystal clear to me that their policy is to collect money without ever taking the customer's interests into account. How a company like this ended up on Facebook beats me, and I'm determined to take them down. A company like this should not be given a platform on a respectable medium like Facebook

I made order almost a year ago, I never got my order or refund!
I have sent many and many emails,
But I didn’t get any replies!!!
My peace of advice never order anything from here!!!

Ordered in January a Map, never got it. They demanded a re-shipping payment once I claimed, which I refused. After several emails with delayed answers (2-3 weeks each), I just claimed through my credit card company and eventually got my money back.

To those dissatisfied (likely all) Wanderland Designs customers, DO NOT LET TIME GO and claim as soon as possible so you can get a refund!

I ordered their scratch map, they show one on pictures and send another one that you can buy anywhere for couple of dollars...and charge a lot. So disappointed, don't trust their website feedback.

It's one big fraud! After having placed an order, 3 months later still haven't received anything and keep on getting the reply of customer service that its due to delays. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. FRAUD!!!!

I ordered a pair of the globe leggings paid and received an email to say that I will be refunded. That was 3 weeks ago! I have emailed and emailed to no avail. Very disappointing!

stitching ripped after 2 trips...definitely not worth the money.

I ordered a travel bag and I fell apart on the first hours of use. I have contacted them many times and no answer from them.. They said they guarantee their products but they are not making an effort to get in touch or to do anything.

I placed an order ORDER WD83804 in DECEMber 2017.
I have exchanged innumerable mails with them but have failed to get delivery even after 18 MONTHS.
BTW Payment for the order was collected in advance!
Please send these people to Jail for Cheating & Fraud!!!

On March 16, 2019 I ordered 3 packable carry-on duffel bags. They claim that they easily slide over the luggage handle of your suitcase. On two of the bags, the opening to slide over the luggage handle was cut too small. There was no way to use the duffel bag as intended. The third bag did fit over the handle but was so tight you had to push and pull to get it on the handle. I wrote to the company but never heard anything from them. It is one thing that the quality control does not exist but obviously there is no one at the company that cares about their products.

I ordered a travel bag from this company and never received it. They responded to my first email apologizing and indicating they would (re)send it, I still never received it and they are no longer responding too my correspondence.

Never ever buy from this company. My order never left China, and got returned to them for some Security concern. When I questioned them they blamed me and said it was returned due to failed delivery attempts. The United States is not located within China, so there is no way a delivery was attempted when tracking information shows it never left Beijing. This company is a sham like other customers have said. You can find many of their products on Amazon, which will actually provide customer service. Do not order anything from Wanderland Designs, as you will just be giving them your money. They told me they would re-ship the product but I needed to pay them $10.00 more, yet on their website they offer a Buyers Protection, Full Refund, and 100% Customer Satisfaction. They selectively respond to support emails. Totally pathetic customer service.

Those guys must go to jail immediately ! The first three orders I make they sent me the stuff but one out of three was in really bad condition and doesn’t look like the picture of their catalog! Then I make an order of five pieces world map that I never received ,I paid a re shipping fee as they told me but then nothing!
They gave me a form letter answer and after I wrote them back four or five times they ignore my messages,! AVOID this company you’re going to lose money and time,!i just gave them a message …let’s see what happens !i am very polite to my messages but they don’t deserve this

I ordered two and they are NOT like they are presented in the video or pictures! Do not order them.

I ordered my duffel bag in March and have written to the company four times to ask where it is. I get a form letter back saying it may take six weeks. It is now late June. This is a scam. I did not lose much but I feel stung and want retribution. I'm not finished with them.

If there was a negative star I would choose it! I'm afraid to say this company may be a fraud, except they are very good at taking money! it has been 15 weeks since I ordered a duffel bag for a trip that I have now returned from! They are not replying to my emails anymore. I only wish I had looked on Trustpilot before I placed my order! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Never received my order. The delivery person NEVER made me aware he/she was there, then the package was "waiting for me for 15 days" without me being aware and then sent back to China (factory), all that and i NEVER got any update. Also, i kept checking the order tracking link they'd gave me at order, and i NEVER knew it was even in the country, it's only when i contacted them that they sent me ANOTHER tracking link, and then I saw the whole "waiting for 15 days then sent back". And when I asked for a refund : "our policy does not offer refund if you weren't home on delivery day, but we would be happy to re-ship it to you if you pay extra". Spoiler alert : i WAS home. FRAUD all the way.

Bought 5 of the folding expandable bags because they looked so great! Used mine once—tore a hole in the corner and the part that is supposed to slide over the handle of luggage ripped because it isn’t wide enough to fit over the handle as it was intended!
Not worth the money!!!!
