Avoid this company. Purchased two R2 security cameras and both failed in the first 3 months of operation. No way to return them or get warranty with them. Seriously cheap rubbish. Save your money and just buy a quality product.

I brought a camera from ajcloud/wansview and after a month I was charged a subscription fee of £60 even though I did not sign up for the subscription, I contacted my bank and was told I need to contact the company, this has not been easy as they do not have a contact number. I have emailed them and did receive a response, they said once the dispute was cancelled they will send me my refund. So I contacted my bank to get the dispute cancelled and now this company will not answer my emails and I have no other way to communicate with them. This company is fraudulent. And I hope no one else makes the same mistake and avoids buying anything from these people

I fitted 2 mains powered cameras and have had nothing but hassle. Constantly going offline for no apparent reason. Had an email from wainsview enquiring about the cameras. I replied and never heard from them again. Fitted one Reolink solar powered and now plan to change all to Reolink.

Purchased two security cameras from Wansview, both failed after approx 6 months. Customer service were responsive supposedly running all sorts of tests, until I asked them to replace their faulty camera, at which point they stopped responding. Cheap rubbish and not worth wasting money on.

I bought this camera to keep a eye on my brand new car whall the quality of visual view day or night is excellent 380° rotation and the price of it made it an easy pick for myself,would highly recommend it.

I have purchased 3 Wansview cameras in recent years. They have operated faultlessly until I changed my broadband provider. I could not connect to the new network.
The problem was due to poor network coverage, not the cameras.
In contrast to the internet provider who fobbed me off, Wansview customer support was excellent. Helpful, patient and friendly, Levy was determined to get me connected again. Full marks to her and Wansview

Absolute shocking cameras, keep on disconnecting all the time and there is some instances you cannot reconnect them, they are appalling

Top of my list for worst Amazon products ever purchased would be Wansview cameras.

If you like cameras that disconnect all the time, streams that hardly work, motion and as card reading that doesn't work and an app that crashes all the time these could be the cameras for you.

Bought the W5 outdoor camera two years ago. Unfortunately it goes offline of its own accord at random times. When we bought it we lived in the countryside. We moved this year to an area with brilliant wifi signal and the camera is worse now than before. Whereas the customer services (based in China) try to be helpful, they don't always respond swiftly probably due to the time difference. On their advice and after many attempts at downloading the latest software, the camera is still not very reliable. Once the new software in uploaded our camera refuses to connect so we've hd to revert to ignoring the upgrade. However, it still goes offline for no apparent reason which is frustrating when we're away. The camera is just out of warranty. On the good side the images are sharp but the sensitivity varies.

I bought a Q6 camera Wansview. On the market site I tried to find if it fits for outside uses, but unsuccessfuly.
The box of the Q6 I received mentionned it was an Outside Safety Camera. As I was doubtful, I mailed to Wansview and they replied it was an INDOOR camera.
So: poor information on the market site and fake one on the box !
Don’t buy from this unreliable company that even proposes to cash back your purchase against a positive comment on Amazon ...

Don’t bother, get what you pay for ! After a few months of getting the cameras you can’t invite anyone to watch the viewing of the cameras so you don’t get the option for your spouse or family to see what is happening on your property also no video evidence unless you sign up for a monthly premium

This company produces quality products like web cams security cameras and solar lights. I first purchased a indoor camera to use as a baby cam which worked so well i recommended it to my son who also found it to be excellent, both cameras have been working perfectly for over a year now. I was so impressed that when I needed a web cam and security camera they were my first choice and I haven’t been disappointed they both do everything I wanted at competitive price.

I bought the Wansview Security Camera.
I don't usually leave long reviews, however I'm so happy with this product, I felt I should let others know how good a product it actually is.
I have got to say that this camera has surpassed my expectation. What a fantastic, well made camera. It was packaged well, the quality of parts was fantastic and the quality of picture and sound is honestly amazing.
Easy to set up, I had it all done in 10/15 minutes.
For the price, its a camera that's way above what I was expecting.
The metal caseing and all the parts are high quality, the instructions are straight forward and easy to follow, I've had it a month and I love the ease of the app, I'm not the most tech savy person, so if I'm saying it's easy to set up and work, then honestly it's easy.
When the product is as good as this, then it's right to let other people know.

I have recently bought my 6th Wansview camera (3 for myself and 3 to keep an eye on mum-in-law with dementia). The Cameras are well-made and very easy to set up. The Wansview Cloud App is already full-featured but is frequently updated often with new functionality, and the ability to view all my cameras from within the same app is a bonus.
Also, on several occasions I've contacted the seller by email with queries and always received very prompt and helpful replies. A very good company to deal with.

I bought the new w6 camera in black, I have 3 wansview camera already and yet again I am impressed with everything,

The size is small but not flimsy, it took a matter of seconds to connect, the app works perfectly, I’m able to check my camera and play back any time any where l, I could not recommend these products enouth

Bought the Wansview 1080p security camera which links to Alexa and you can speak through it.
Absolutely amazing quality, customer service is second to none, they reply very quickly and very helpful.
Will buy again

Great company. I bought my first camera a few years ago. Had a problem and had to contact customer service. The response was great. I’ve since bought many cameras from them and always find their customer service is fantastic. The cameras are great value and do a great job. I have around 6 now and wouldn’t buy mine anywhere else.

I have found Wansview excellent. The cost of the camera is very reasonable and the picture quality excellent. Also, I have found their customer service excellent. At first I found installation and pairing with my Iphone quite daunting, but an email to Wansview was replied to almost immediately with help, I then found the system extremely easy to install, just follow instructions as they appear on the phone. Some time later my camera stopped working, water had got in somehow, a call to Wansview and a replacement was sent by return of post. So, unlike the other review, I have found Wansview and their customer service girls Sophia and Cosette absolutely brilliant and to be recommended.
