Be careful if you use this company
recently purchased a vehicle that had been maintained by this company 14 days (£326.79) and 1 month (£981.80) before I purchased the vehicle. The vehicle had covered less than 200 miles since these visits and me seeing it. The previous owner claimed that this company had given the vehicle a clean bill of health at these visits
I drove the vehicle home 50 miles and on route had some issues. I phoned The company and was told by 1 helpful guy exactly what work he had done on the vehicle and it was very much related to the issue I was currently experiencing. He said I needed to talk to Tim.
Tim denied that any of the work they carried out was related to my issue, how removing injectors and me having failed injectors seals is not related is still a mystery to me. But also as he had taken the body off the vehicle resulting in a £500+VAT labour charge why did he not recommend a £180 part that would have added a further £50 to the labour charge was not changed at t he time especially as it was not in the best of conditions ( it has also failed in the 250 miles the vehicle has driven.
Tim is denying that any of the current problems are related to the work carried out by this company given this attitude I suggest you proceed with caution if you uses them because my experience suggests that like to ignore fixes that are easy while doing a job to give them another job later with another big labour charge.
