Highly recommend Want Hair was a very smooth and stressfree service. On the day of the surgery, I was very nervous, but with Phi and Ed keeping me up to date with everything and any concerns I had. Could not recommend the clinic enough Fks clinic in London they was very professional and friendly. After the surgery want hair was very quick to answer any questions I had and was very good at explaining things and giving out important information. Can not wait for the results. 😁

From the very first phone call with Tristan he was professional and went into every detail, answered any questions I had.

The procedure was done in Fulham and it was seem less from start to finish. After the procedure any questions I had Tristan and Becky would answer them any time of the day and the after care was excellent. The results speak for themselves and I’d 100% recommend want hair, especially Tristan and Becky. 👍🏾

So far the guys at wanthair have been really good with me. Any sort of questions that I’ve had have been answered, the information they’ve provided has been very helpful too. The surgery went as planned as was very straight forward and the staff there were very nice.

Matthew and Becky made the procedure a lot better by being a constant contact for any questions which concerned you before or after the hair transplant.

They were very prompt leading up to the appointment and shown that they actually cared and wanted you to get the results you desired after. The clinic was clean and the guys were really professional on the day and put my mind at ease after really panicking about nothing.

I have never ever left a one-star review, but I feel this has to be called out.

I genuinely can’t believe what happened to me today. I got in contact with Want Hair through their website after seeing they offered transplants in the UK, a big tick in the box for me. Soon after, Jay got in touch, was quick to respond, and arranged a call with me today.

During the call, he ran through some details about the transplant and then asked if I’d contacted any other clinics for quotes. I went into a fairly detailed explanation, telling him about my experiences so far and the medication I’d taken. Then, all of a sudden, I heard him say: “Yeah, he’s been going on for five minutes now.”

To my shock, I stopped talking and said, “You do know I heard every word of that, right?” He then completely froze, stuttered, panicked, and ended the phone call. When I called back, he tried to claim he hadn’t been able to hear me that whole time. What a load of faff.

To me, this says everything about what they’re really about, just trying to get transplants booked quickly with zero genuine care or professionalism. I’m majorly put off and will not be proceeding with Want Hair.

My experience with Wanthair has been great from start to finish. Ed, my consultant, was very professional and supportive throughout the entire process. Even when I was delayed to my appointment due to traffic, he kindly contacted the clinic on my behalf to let them know I was running late.

After the procedure, the follow-up care was excellent — I was asked to send daily pictures for 14 days so they could monitor my progress, and they checked in regularly to make sure everything was going smoothly. It’s still early days for my hair growth, but so far I’m very happy with the results and the level of care I’ve received.

I would definitely recommend Wanthair to anyone considering a hair restoration procedure.

Quick update on my hair transplant.
It's been 12 months now and I couldn't be more happier with the results.

My experience with the team, especially Tristan and Becky, has been excellent. Their communication was honest, clear, and very supportive throughout the entire process, which really helped me feel confident and informed.

As an honest review I should mention the hair transplant itself was painful, I had lots of extra injections, I do have a high pain threshold normally. and I did have some concerns about the number of grafts completed. The team carried out 4,200 grafts rather than the planned 4,800 and I feel this has limited the coverage and feel if we would have done the 4800 I would have more coverage at the crown area. I also had a small issue with the front hairline, but the team have been great and reassuring and have said they’ll review and address this once my hair has had more time to establish.

Overall, I’m really pleased with the level of care, honesty, and communication from the team. I’m hopeful that the results will reflect the professionalism and support I’ve experienced so far.

I highly recommend want hair to anyone wanting a hair transplant. From start to finish the service was exceptional, representative (Jay) looked after me from the start till the finish answering every question i had to ask. Jay was a great lad and made me feel at ease and made sure the whole process went smoothly. This guy deserves alot of credit and works so hard for the company. You will be in great hands when going for a hair transplant with this company. Dr munir knows exactly what hes talking about and will make sure you get the best results. Highly recommend 100÷ want hair is the company you need to book your hair tranplant with. :))

From start to finish the service has been brilliant. After filling in the online form, Jay made contact via WhatsApp which I found great as it was non-intrusive as I was half expecting to be hounded by phone calls. From there I could send photos in my own time and book a call in to my own convenience. Jay was very knowledgable and answered all my concerns and then left me with the information with no pressure to book in. Every query I had following that I txt and he came back to me straight away with an answer. I then booked in and had Jay and Becky both looking after me who reviewed my healing daily providing feedback and further answering any queries. Becky then programmed in a call on the 10th day to go over the next steps and to answer any queries or concerns I had going forward.
The whole process has been seamless and much better than I could have expected from both Jay and Becky. Highly recommend.

I think what made my experience so positive was how honest, organised and genuinely helpful everyone is.
I had my consultation with Tristan and had several conversations before deciding to do it. Understanding and being prepared for the process makes a massive difference to your experience and Tristan has a hair transplant himself and totally straight with his advice - helped me plan a date with work holidays.
The surgery in Romford was also well organised, it’s not the nicest procedure, but they were really professional and also really nice.
The aftercare is also excellent with both the surgery and Want Hair which again makes a massive difference.
Becky is really helpful and on hand via WhatsApp for any questions and more importantly concerns.
If you are thinking of doing it I would say there’s a reason why there are so many positive reviews and would really recommend Want Hair.
I’m about 6 weeks in and all healed, but so far so good.
