I spoke to a few clinics and did plenty of research before going ahead, and I’m really glad I chose Want Hair. Matthew got in touch with me straight away and the initial consultation was useful and straightforward. After that, communication was mainly via WhatsApp, which I personally prefer.

Matthew asked for a few photos of my head and was able to assess what would be possible and provide a price immediately. The cost was very competitive for UK prices, and he was also able to arrange a deal for PRP on the same day.

The booking process was painless – just a small amount of paperwork, deposit paid, and the date booked. Due to family commitments, I later had to move the date, and this was done without any issues at all.

Before the procedure, I was given access to an online portal, which was very helpful in preparing for the day of surgery. Matthew and Becky also got in touch again beforehand to make sure everything was okay.

On the day itself (mine was in Manchester), everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional, and kept me well informed throughout the day. The procedure itself was painful at times, but that’s part of the process. It started at 9am and finished around 6pm.

After the surgery, Becky checked in with me every day to make sure everything was going well. I sent daily photos for review, which was very reassuring. Becky also suggested using aloe vera gel on the donor area, which I found much more helpful than Sudocrem.

I’m now just over two weeks post-op and have had my first proper wash, and the results already look great. I know I still have several months to go for the full outcome, but so far I’m very pleased.

Overall, the entire process with Want Hair, especially with the help of Matthew and Becky was excellent from start to finish. Thank you again, and I would highly recommend them.

From my very first call earlier this year with Tristan, right through the pre-procedure stage and beyond, they have been nothing short of amazing.

They were always available to answer my questions and still are, they took the time to explain everything clearly, and offered thoughtful advice whenever I needed it. What really stood out is that they don’t treat you like just another client, they genuinely care about your progress and how you’re feeling both before and after the procedure.

Before my appointment, I told Becky how nervous I was. When I arrived at the clinic, they already knew and immediately put me at ease. It might sound like a small detail, but the fact that she listened, took note, and made sure the clinic was aware made a huge difference to my experience.

Great experience form start to finish with want hair. Clyde one of the employees from the team initially contacted me and talk me through the whole process start to finish he was excellent and very professional. Still we keep in contact for the aftercare with another member Phi who are both a great help with the process after the procedure, keeping me right and if i have any queries i just drop them a whatsapp and they get back promptly. My transplant was in the clinic in manchester dr munir and his team were amazing and very knowledgeable they kept me reassured throughout.

I had my hair transplant at the Manchester clinic through Want Hair in mid November 2025. Great overall experience from start to finish, initial consultation with Clyde who was great - very helpful and put any initial worries to bed pre op. The surgery went great and can’t praise the surgeon and staff enough. Post op care has been amazing, Phi has been on standby for everything. Any questions / concerns answered and responds very promptly! Overall 10/10 experience and would definitely recommend Want Hair.

I recently had my hair trasplant with want hair and from start to finish everything went very smoothly. Jay was my main point of contact from Want Hair and he explained everything very clearly and was always on hand to answer any questions i had. I spoke to a few other companies before but they was all very pushy which is what made me choose want hair because they wasnt pushy at all and was so helpful through out everything. I went to HTG clinic at london and the doctors and whole team was amazing on the day and very helpful and reassuring. After the surgery Jay and Becky have always been very helpful and reply very quick to all photos and questions. I would highly reccomend Want Hair and the HTG clinic to anybody.

I only rate it4 stars now since I’m only 2 weeks into my transplant and want to see how my hair actually grows before I leave a 5 star review. But other than that this place is really good. Excellent customer service skills on the day they will make sure you are comfortable and relaxed and explain everything to you while they are operating. They ca play music to help you relax and encourage you that you’re doing well when it gets hard. For me personally later in the transplant I was in pain but the people there told me I can have a break and I’m doing really well and just making sure that I was ok but make sure you tell them to inject you with more anesthesia if you feel any pain since I didn’t at first and was in pain but as soon as they inject you the pain goes away. The after care is also top customer service. You provide a photo everyday for 2 weeks so they can see how it is healing and they are there to answer any questions you have to the best of their ability. I would recommend this place 100%. I can’t speak on the actual har growth yet since I’m only 2 weeks in and it’ll take a long time for the hair to actually grow but everything else about this place is perfect

The surgery went well and the aftercare from Phi and Clyde has been faultless.

It’s too early to comment on the success of the transplant, but I have no reasons to think it will not work

Emma led me through all the information upfront giving me all the options, once I chose my desired option it was off to Turkey! The team in Turkey sorted all the transportation and accommodation so all I had to do was turn up. The process was done in a day and all my questions and worries were answered quickly in the WhatsApp group chat. After the day I sent regular photos and was advised by Phi how the healing was going and what ongoing preventative treatment options were available after. Great experience, would definitely recommend.

I am very disappointed with my hair transplant results on Harrow clinic . My hairline does not look natural as they have not done it correctly,and the work around that area isn’t what I expected after the consultation. I was also advised that my crown didn’t need grafts, but based on how my hair looked and also seek advive from else ware , I personally feel that advice wasn’t accurate for my situation.To me the DR didn’t even hade interest on doing it at all.The overall appearance hasn’t met my expectations, and I wish I had received more thorough guidance and communication throughout the process.

I recently had a hair transplant and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Matthew and Becky were absolutely outstanding throughout the whole process.

From the first consultation, they made everything feel clear, honest, and pressure-free. Matthew explained every step in detail and answered all my questions with patience, while Becky was incredibly supportive and checked in regularly to make sure I felt comfortable and well-informed.

On the day of the procedure, their professionalism and calm approach really put me at ease. The team worked with precision and care, and I genuinely felt like I was in the best hands possible. Recovery guidance was also excellent — I always knew what to expect and what to do thanks to their thorough aftercare instructions.
