Excellent service experience
I initially had some misgivings re dealing with WantitAll due to so many bad reviews. My recent experience was however completely different. The item ordered online arrived well within the estimated period, and the tracking system kept me updated perfectly. I conclude that WantitAll improved their service model which is commendable in my experience.

Your expected delivery was 22 Nov - 06 Nov and the part arrived with me on 01 Nov, it was within your mentioned timeframe, so 'one-up' there too...
However...
My only frustration was that I needed the item in a hurry. Unfortunately, there is no button/tab/checkbox to request URGENT when placing an order at Want-it-All.

Apologies, we sadly do not have an urgent delivery option as we import our shipments in one big consignment - this sadly does take some time to ship and clear. We have tested out an express delivery option, where we bring in single items in much quicker - but it sadly increases the price by such a big margin that it would not be a viable option.
We will though continue to investigate our offerings, and improve where we can!

I still have not received my parcel even though everything is paid off and the 20 days come and gone. Upon enquiry they said they needed 2 extra days and the wait continues
