We do apologize, you are correct - this shipment got caught up with logistics issue due to the war, many of the usual routes from the USA to SA through the middle east resulted in the world having to find new routes with massive delays.
We always try to get items to customers as quickly as possible, and we do apologize for the unexpected delays.

Reliability in everchanging & uncertain times.
My order was placed and confirmed on the 24 of Feb 2026 with an expected delivery time of between 10 March 2026 and 24 March 2026. Despite the Middle East conflict that broke out on the 28 of Feb 2026, my order was delivered on the 13 of March 2026. What was impressive is that Import It All had to reroute their shipping from their Dubai hub to Europe and were still able to keep to their expected delivery time at no additional cost to myself when global trade logistics had to adapt overnight to the Middle East conflict.

It took close to three months for the order to be delivered. You should follow the process yourself and inform me, not expecting me to follow the process. Next time first find out whether the product is ready for delivery before expecting full payment.
The use of some items is clearly seasonal and can be filtered using AI. In this case the unit is going to wait for a year to be used for making jam.
A red light is required to warn your company to cancell such orders, communicating with the client.
I gave you 1 star which is the best I could do, waiting that long. Think of offering alternatives when delivery exceeds a limited time.

You are 100% correct, this order was severely delayed. We sometimes are at the mercy of suppliers, and with more then 500 million items on sale, we do try our best to manage suppliers accordingly.
I see we did keep you updated and gave you the option to cancel and refund if you were not willing to wait. We did hound the supplier for information, and did deliver as quickly as we possibly could.
Once again we do apologize for the inconvenience caused, and hope we get the opportunity in the future to show you how we normally process orders.
