Atrocious Customer Service

Atrocious Customer Service. Looks like the staff are now East European based. Their computer systems are totally outdated with reality in NZ!! The line got cut and they called back however they must be using cheap Internet lines for Overseas calls as the Operator just sounded like a Dalek !!!

Very Poor service

Very slow with balance requests. 13 lots of charges a year instead of 12 even though network provided by 2 degrees. I'm thinking of ditching this network as over the years it's gone downhill. Been a 15 minute wait for a balance request. Customer service has a lot to be desired. If you want a smooth, easy experience forget this network

What didn't go wrong???

What didn't go wrong? Lousy coverage, unanswered emails, 0800 phone doesn't work, they tell you to send a message on FB but these are not monitored, a team member is working on...yeah, right. 2o should be ashamed of being associated with WM. You can't put your vouchers on so they are telling you that you get $50 credit that you can't get because the voucher number is invalid. OneNZ is about as bad as you can get but WM is as bad.

l'd say that their replies are AI and that they have no intention of doing anything about their bad service and giving us the credit that we have paid for and not got.

Avoid Warehouse Mobile – Incompetent and Painfully Slow Service

If you value your time and sanity, avoid Warehouse Mobile at all costs. What should have been a simple number transfer took over five days, multiple calls, and hours of wasted time due to sheer incompetence and misinformation.

1. Inconsistent Policies & Delays – When I first moved to Warehouse Mobile from 2degrees, my number was transferred in 30 minutes. When I lost my phone and needed to transfer my number to a new SIM (for an urgent medical reason), they suddenly needed five days to do the same process.

2. Misinformation & Useless Store Visits – First, I was told to buy a regular Warehouse Mobile SIM—only to be later informed they couldn’t use it. Then, I was sent on a wild goose chase to find a "blank SIM card," wasting hours driving between multiple locations because staff didn’t know where they were actually stocked.

3. No Phone Support & Banking Nightmare – Their 0800 support number wouldn’t even let me call, forcing me to drive back to the store just to use a phone. Once on the line, I was asked security questions requiring my bank account—which was locked behind the very phone number I was trying to restore. This forced me to physically go to the bank just to proceed.

4. Ignored Instructions & Missed Calls – When they finally agreed to call me back, I provided an alternative number. They ignored it and called the wrong one. If the person they mistakenly contacted hadn’t informed me, I would have been left waiting indefinitely.

5. Redundant Requests & Technical Failures – I had to repeat information I had already provided to a previous technician, install third-party software just to retrieve a SIM ID (which turned out to be incorrect), and eventually locate the original packaging that already had the right ID I had given them before.

All of this resulted in a 5+ day delay for something that should have taken minutes. I lost an entire day driving around, my bank account was temporarily inaccessible, and their lack of competence turned a simple process into a logistical nightmare.

This was hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. If you ever lose your phone or need a simple SIM swap, expect frustration, delays, and complete incompetence.

Save yourself the headache—go with a proper mobile provider.

⭐ 1 Star – Only because 0 stars isn’t an option.
