Cannot give less than 1 star
Cannot give less than 1 star. Should be minus 5 stars. Ordered a sports cuff and as other reviews say, it never arrived. Wish I had read the reviews first. You live and learn. DON'T EVEN THINK OF BUYING FROM THEM👎👎👎👎👎👎
Should have read the reviews…
Should have read the reviews first....bought two oven mats at the end of October- never been delivered! Will block them now so am never tempted again!!!
This company are shisters
This company are shisters, fraudsters, criminals. What they advertise is nothing like what you receive. It is cheap Chinese crap. Don't buy anything from them. You will be disappointed. Their customer service ignore you if you email them and there is no phone contact number.
Do not buy... rubbish
Bought the bras they are advertising on Facebook as push-up... ridiculous... cheap quality ...push down more like... yet another Chinese scam company don't try conturve either they are just as bad. God I feel stupid we are in the era of fake reviews as well as fake everything else
Warm day night glasses.
Haven’t bought any yet. Wanted to read reviews. Should have known they were made in China so not a bit interested. Buy British. Certainly ban Chinese goods.
DO NOT TOUCH WARM DAY PRODUCTS WITH A BARGE POLE - READ ALL THE REVIEWS
I am the same as all the other reviews - boght two wrist pouches for my sons as they looked great on FB - they arrived today - no packing note and clear cellophane packs with chinese writing all over them. They are thin and cheap but most importantly they are tiny - about half the size of a mobile phone. I bought them for my sons to keep phones in whilst running/training etc as advertised. Total misrepresentation of product. No packing note or info on how to return so went to Warm Day website and looked at returns policy which is an absolute joke - they clearly do not intend refunding any monies at all even if faulty and I have to pay the cost of returning my faulty goods that have been missold to me to them. Really appalled and very disappointed I thought this was going to be great.
Waste of money.
I purchased a sports wristband for my daughter who is a keen cyclist. What arrived yesterday was a disgrace. Tatty piece of material, all crumpled up with numerous bits of cotton thread hanging down. Much smaller than advertised on website. Certainly would be ashamed to give this as a gift. Will never use Warmday again.
Dont use Warm Day
Bought a pair of gloves based on a Facebook convincing advert. Like an idiot did not check reviews. Haven't received the item and believe even if I do will probably end up with a piece of elastic or something. Tracking doesn't work although you receive a message saying will look into it! Yeh like that will work. Convinced now its a scam and the item if it ever arrives will be Chinese rubbish possibly laced with bat covid! Nowhere in the plush advert does it say it will come from China! Don't buy anything from Facebook adverts! Facebook must monitor these adverts. They are also culpable!
Don't use
Bought the warm day spider in box.
Came flat packed and needed to glue and build box. Very cheap and poor quality.
Not worth the money. Very disappointed.
Do not buy from WarmDay
Do not buy from WarmDay. Their products are very cheaply made and of terrible quality. I tried to get a refund and returned my product to China as requested but then never received my refund or any replies to my emails. This has put me off buying from a Facebook advert, these businesses obviously can't be trusted.
I have also just received a sports…Since writing this review have received a refund for the product. I messaged the company via facebook and received a reply straight away. It does not change my or
I have also just received a sports wristband. What rubbish. Wish I had read reviews first. Was in a bag with chinese writing on it. The product does not compare in the slightest to the product advertised on facebook.
Rubbish
As reviews below, bought sport wristbands for stocking fillers. Absolute RUBBISH. No resemblance to the advert. Convoluted refund request system.

Warmday - Like many of the other reviews not recommended
Like many of the other reviews - I fell foul of this companies poor performance. Bought 4 x sports wristband after watching a very plausible video advert on Facebook. Paid £32 including postage only to receive 4 pieces of absolute rubbish. Only opening one and the zip puller fell off the end, cannot get it back on.
Contact this company by email and received a reply from “support” with .co.uk link (thought this might have originated from UK but don’t think that is the case.
Requested a refund but based on other reviews, I am not holding my breath - will have to chalk this one down to experience. Might resort to Trading Standards complaint, as one reviewer did and got a 30% refund.
So as reported by many others AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! Why do Facebook allow such misleading activity to be viewed by their subscribers.
Update: After many emails and replies back from the Customer Support - no positive response given for a full refund. Contacted Trading Standards (via Citizens Advice Bureau) and got nowhere, to make a claim an address is needed in order to send a recorded letter describing faulty goods and making a claim under Consumer Rights Act 2015 which Warmday failed to comply with. Think this company is based in China and they are allowed to have a .co.uk address. The Warmday website states 100% money back guarantee - totally false. SO AVOID, AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!
Company based in China - No Customer Service
Company based in China, order not arrived. cannot track order, cannot contact the company.
Do not order from this company!
ordered item from Facebook advert
ordered item from Facebook advert, looked amazing, took weeks to arrive, very poor quality, wanted to send back but never replied to any of my emails, a waste of money, do not be tempted to buy
Bought some bags
Bought some bags. Looked fantastic on advert. Dreadful quality awful. China company
Dreadful
Dreadful, it is a total con, we ordered an item that was meant to be electronic, when it arrived we opened it up and it was empty, these people are con artists
Glad I checked trust pilot reviews
I saw the adverts on Facebook and decided to check this company out it has exactly the same statements as another company selling clothes. Cannot recall it's name. I am pleased I checked reviews about this company. How are they allowed to trade in the UK?
