Sent for an Awesome Dreadful Box as a joke Christmas present. Joke was right. The box came in pieces of shoddy cheap “wood”. Immediately contacted Warmdays which was immediately countered with a very ambiguous reply saying that I had to reply with a code otherwise they could not resolve issue quickly. Still waiting for reply. Now in the hands of PayPal.

This co is a total RIPOFF. Never recieved goods but they took my money. auto ? reply within 5 seconds.
Facebook should not let them advertise as they have no intention of delivering any goods.
Why did'nt i check this page before i bought my item.

Items ordered have not arrived and all you get is an automated response. Luckily I only spent £17!

I responded to an advert on Facebook, I shall be extremely wary in the future.

ordered 2 wrist phone holders and phone (i phone 7 ) does not even fit inside the zip.

Item has not arrived three weeks later. Shipping says it’s been at a hub in Shanghai for two weeks. Automated replies to emails completely irrelevant to email sent. No way of contacting company. Do not buy from warmday

I so so wish I had read the reviews ! I ordered some items amounting to £35 3 weeks ago and nothing ! The tracking number is invalid and not a single repliy to my emails...lesson learned !! PLEASE DON'T ORDER A THING FEOM HERE !!!

Please Please read the reviews below before using this company. They are the worse company I have ever dealt with. Ordered two items on the 17th November never arrived. I have been emailing and emailing them. They gave me a automated reply to choice one of the options/ problems, I chose to cancel order and they can back and said what was wrong with the size???? NO you didn't deliver it in the first place. Looks like I have lost my £24.00 now, please please do not order from this company save your money. Will try trading standards now its my last hope.

Do not use WarmDay - the items have not appeared, the tracking number is invalid and attempts at communication result in the same automated response everytime - what's the order number is all they ask. I have used their demanded code for the nature of the problem, as requested, at least 3 times. I have asked for a refund 3 times and still the automated response is tell us your order number. I can't get my money back, customer service is non-existent. Extremely poor. Bad WarmDay.

returned blouses which were bad quality and nowhere near as large as they should be paid £15 to return to China chased refund several times nothing received. Don't think trading standards would cover this otherwise would try, Do not buy from them

I ordered some gloves for Christmas, but they came back after about a week apologising saying they were out of stock and asked if I wanted to wait for more or have a refund. I requested a refund and it was made within a few days. So do not have any complaints with this Company. There was plenty of contact with this Company, and they answered every email I sent.

I ordered some gloves early in Dec that have yet to arrive, and I have a delivery message with a link that doesn't appear to work, and now their website does not appear to work anymore either.

Ordered socks 3 weeks ago. Was advised they had been despatched a week later but still nothing received. No reply to my queries. Shocking service and utterly gutted that they have taken my money but have nothing to show for it. Please don’t use this company.

I placed an order for a pair of 'Super Insulated Gloves' total cost about £15 plus nearly £5 p&p on 11th of December 2020...as of the 21st of December I am still waiting for delivery...I have emailed them but on reading these terrible reviews I don't hold out much hope of getting a reply...should have read these first...Come on Warmday, give yourselves a kick up the backside and get a move on !!!!

I ordered a laser tape measure costing £19.99 plus postage of £4.99. I was concerned as I had not got any notification of when to expect delivery. I could not find any reference of my order. However on checking with my Bank they confirmed that the money had been removed from my Account.
I e-mailed them but have had no response.

Purchased front closure bra. It is the worst quality and rubbish purchase I have ever had the misfortune to buy. Quality is miserable and fit is terrible.

I ordered a metal cutter that I saw online from them early December. They took my money alright and emailed me to say it's now on its way. They gave me a tracking number which doesn't do anything. I have emailed then 3 times now and each time they ask me to answer questions. I wish I had read these reviews beforehand but I will report them to trading standards if this item doesn't arrive.
