Ordered a pair of jeggins from an advertisement on Facebook. When I received goods looked nothing like the item. Material extremely poor quality. Sizing terrible didn’t fit.
Have emailed asking for a refund as the advertisement is a complete misrepresentation of what you actually receive!!!

Terrible service with very poor quality goods that I am trying to return. Does any one have a return Address?

I recently placed an order with Warmday, they claimed to be a UK company with a .co.uk address. What turned up were casings of the product I ordered. I immediately emailed them and continued to do so. They send automated email for you to write your problem on. This kept coming back with the same answer. I then requested 100% refund. They offered 30%. I again requested 100% and threatened to go to PayPal. Again 30% so I took out a grievance with Paypal. In less than a week I received 100% refund. If you have paid through PayPal then use their grievance system it works. In future if I like an advert on Facebook I will check trust pilot first.

Don't buy anything from them you only get half a product and when u ask for the rest as its missing they want you to pay again when you ask to return what u do have they just ignore you total rubbish

Poor quality product, poor customer service.
Product late arriving ( after being told by them that despite taking our money, they couldn’t find us on their system). Product useless, won’t refund my money only offering part refund as they won’t accept product back citing Covid! That’s if you can get any response from them at all!

RIP-off site - do not buy anything as you won’t receive it!

Placed an order on the5/12/2020 confirmed on the 9/12 20/20 that it had been shipped .Tracking no useless sent numerous e/mails supplied order no and tracking no .I have contacted them 20 times still no reply i wonder if this message will get through. lets see??????

ABSOLUTE RIP OFF, another rip off site from China, bought two items which were nothing like the pictures or description. I have opened a case through Paypal will see where that gets me

Don't go anywhere near thus company.
Cheap rubbish from China and absolutely no customer support response apart from an automated email that just repeats it self no matter what. Cannot get any other response

Not even really a company.

Ordered something (thankfully very cheap). After having been told it was dispatched, I waited and nothing arrived. When I contacted the company "Charles" merely replied "happy new year", not even an attempt to justify the theft. Ah well, you live and learn.

An appalling company which sells cheap, nasty products. Even worse, you are put on a stupid loop, which goes round and round. I bought 2 fairies for my granddaughters. They were nothing like the video and just bombed to the ground repeatedly. Within a day they had both broken. I emailed Warmdays, explaining the problem. They told me to quote a number to identify the problem. I did; got another email asking the same thing. I replied, heard nothing since. If I could give zero stars, I would!

I ordered a pair of earrings for my daughter for Christmas which didn't arrive until today. I paid £10 for the earrings and £5 delivery which I thought was expensive but it was for a present. Upon opening them today they are the cheapest, nastiest things ever! They will be going straight in the bin !!

I received my order later than specified. I’m the order was only dispatched after enquiring where my order was. Unfortunately after ordering the wrong size I had to contact the company. What a nightmare - the communication system is abysmal, the aftersales is non existent. If you have a problem don’t bother.

I did receive my product after about three weeks. I was able to contact the company and they did send me updated tracking info

Still have not received my £30 head towels!

States these are waterproof. They aren't even damp proof.
If they can't keep your hands dry, they can't keep them warm.

Very disappointed.

Thought a bit too good to be true at the price.

ITEMS NOT RECEIVED! I ordered two items on the 9th December and have received nothing from this company since. I wanted the items for Christmas presents. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. It's a Chinese con.
They take your order, send you an email saying your order is on the way, with a tracking number.
Tracking number takes you to HERMES where it states "They are expecting a parcel from the company". My order was 18 days ago and nothing has been shipped.
Emailed saying where is my item as not been shipped. Response was "Due to Covid-19 we are not accepting returns, but will refund you 50%".
Replied asking for 100% as you've not even shipped it.... Nothing.

HOWEVER paid via Visa debit and you can "CHARGEBACK" the money. Called my bank and have had money returned today. Google visa debit chargeback.

Ordered three wrist pouches. They are poor quality and flimsy and hardly big enough to get a key in. Slow to arrive as well. Written it off as a bad buy - keep clear!
