Can I give 0 stars? Wish I had seen the other reviews before paying money. The product I bought is not as advertised, 1 out of 2 were broken, and what they sent was shoddy painted plastic, not 'stained glass'. I feel cheated, and this is now stopping me buying anything else online from anyone new. Shame on you Warmday.

Non existant customer service. Took about 1 month to get what was ordered. The product was not as advertised. Cheap and sub standard. I would not recommend purchasing anything from Warmday.

Items arrived after a great delay.... And the items are so cheap and nasty I wouldn't advise anyone purchase anything from them. Further more it may say co.uk but their not in the UK be warned.

I wish I had read the reviews before sending my order to Warmday. There is no doubt about it that this Company is not bona fide and they are obviously running a nasty scam. Sadly I will put my 19.98 I sent in good faith down to experience.

Oh hell, wish I had seen reviews😩 Ordered 19 April, email to say order was shipped 30 April. Sent them an email today. Looking from the reviews, I've wasted £20.
Automated email back, saying it takes 20 or more days to ship.
Yep its arrived today, cheap plastic cut out, no glass, not see through for the light, approx measurements 8ins width by 4 ins height, its really, really bad. I am never buying anything advertised on fb again. Please, please do your research, I lost £20, Also started getting scam text messages after ordering from them. 2 HSBC messages today about somebody on my account. Be warned.

Wish I had seen these reviews before buying absolutely rubbish products. I sent 3 emails to ask for a return address and their pathetic excuse was they are not taking returns because of Covid.
There is nothing in their returns & refund policy to say that so that is wrong.

Please do not use this company, as the other reviews have said about the 'stained glass birds' are infact cheap plastic, broken, company have not even replyed to my email.Disgusting scammers!

Arrived broken, cheap plastic not the advertised glass and only got refunded postage after multiple emails. Don't EVER bother with this site, a morally bankrupt scam company.

Dreadful company - do not use. I ordered their 'stained glass' birds, They arrived weeks later, they weren't stained glass, they were tatty, cheap, plastic, looked nothing like the image on the website and they were broken. I reckon they cost 10p each from China but were selling at 13.99!

Ordered the Seamless Bandeau Bra after reading the reviews on Facebook. Well and truly sucked in. Quality of the bra is appalling, cheap, nasty and the sizing is nothing like. Emailed immediately, received an automated response, to which I replied, and then again but nothing since. The only time I have ever bought off a Facebook link and the last. Will never trust these companies again and they should be investigated. Lesson learnt.

Lower than a one star. I too fell for the scam of the stained glass bird hanging. Got some plastic crap. I will never buy from a company advertised on Facebook or any other social media again. I have also read negative comments about knockoffs on Amazon. I think it's time these social media sites and online retailers cleaned up their act...or guess what, they'll have no reputation or business left.

I agree with the first review I’ve just read !! Very disappointing NOT stained glass!! Horrible PLASTIC !! Not worth the money at all! Stay clear ! FACEBOOK clean up your act too!

This company is a scam, the 'stained glass bird hanging' I ordered is not as described and is not worth 2.50 let alone £20.00 which they are charging. It is NOT made of glass, it is thick plastic which is not even transparent. It arrived broken, with no receipt or mention of where it came from. Ive been robbed of £20.00. Facebook should not be allowing such companies with so many complaints to be advertising on their site. Disgusting.

I don't buy anything from these companies now as I've been caught out a couple of times,they should not be allowed to continue trading. Most of them that advertise on facebook are from china and more than likely the same company but with a different name!

we have just received our item, broken and not at all what I thought this would look like, looks very cheap and it is plastic but when you look at the advert for it it looks like transparent glass, absolutely terrible

If I could give no stars I would STEER CLEAR of this company I brought the power stick it is the biggest load of toot I have ever ordered and it seems there are a load more people that have done the same,it’s a disgrace that Facebook and Amazon advertise these companies.

After placing an order nearly 3 weeks ago for some dishcloths I still haven't received them. You can't speak to anyone and the only way to contact is through email which gives you an automated response. Diabolical company avoid at all costs

I recently purchased two items from this company. Both of them arrived without any assembly or usage instructions I contacted them immediately by e-mail, explaining the problem and asking for help. So far I have not received any reply. This has happened before with the same company and with the same result. Obviously they do not have any idea about customer service! Do not purchase from them!

I saw an advert for a stained glass bird hanging, I googled the product and found a much more expensive version on Etsy from an experienced seller who handmakes them. Warm Day have stolen the pictures and the wording of this seller to try and pass the product off as their own. Its shameful and damaging to the small business.
Not only are they selling poor products to consumers but they're damaging small business owners' reputations too.

Although I have not actually bought anything from them, I am writing a review because I've just seen an advert of theirs on facebook that had all the hallmarks of a China based scam company that caught me last year with a very similar product ie. a stained glass window hanging of birds - what came was cheap and nasty plastic. Company advertised as being in Ohio, so I contacted Ohio Trading Standards - they'd never heard of them. More work revealed a company in China.
