Do not buy anything from this company complete scam, sent me replacement brushes when I ordered actual brush, they keep sending emails back of no help, then promise refund when refund does not arrive they start sending the same emails to start the process all over again, a disgraceful way to run a business, they should be thoroughly investigated.

Absolute shocking standard. Do not buy from this company!

I ordered two blouses from this company which looked lovely in the picture, hence me ordering two different colours. I ordered next size up for comfort but very skimpy. Should have gone two sizes up. You can see thru them so have to wear something underneath. The zip is completely inferior, hard to fasten. I wouldn't order again. I had no idea tops were coming from China, they're sizes are always too small. Didn't mind the wait if they were worth waiting on but I was extremely disappointed!

The item i received after waiting weeks is absolutely nothing like item advertised, no information on how or where to return,complete waste of money, its rubbish. Don't order from this company.

Jet wash attachment arrived late, does not work with standard hose fittings.
It's a con don't buy

Ordered two rotating mops, never arrived although it says order fulfilled in my account.
Emailed them, no reply, emailed again automatic reply asked why I had emailed, then today another email to say ‘your account says order fulfilled, go and ask your neighbours’
Needless to say will never order again as obviously a scam.

If I could give zero I would.product does not do as advertised you have to pay to return product even if it’s rubbish.keep away!

Like others I should have read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a car scratch remover product. It came from China, took a month to arrive and appears to nothing more than a water spray. Utterly and completely useless.

Wish I'd read the reviews! Ordered 2 tops from looking at the pics. What I got was not what was in the pic. I received an imitation, very very poor quality, So bad it was laughable! No more buying through adverts on Facebook!

Like previous reviews ordered a mop and 3 extra heads. Heads arrived but no mop.

Ordered a mop and only received a mop head no pole !! Waited over 3 wks for it to arrive as well !! I asked for refund or to send pole .not responding to that !!;

This is awful company ordered a mop only got a mop head complained went from 20% refund too 100% refund not sure if that will happen tbh they say no returns due to covid which is rubbish ive sent stuff back to other companies no problem.. Stay away from this company they are awful

Do not use this site item took three weeks to arrive and doesn't perform as described no more pressure than normal water hose pipe

Avoid this company & why aren't instagram removing it from there platform. This company is a scam.

I had to use one star to leave a comment as no minus stars,
purchaced a waterproof ensuring i got next size up to the size chart,
product arrived after 10 days tried on does not fitt
had to remove all upper clothing and its skin tight,
Im not likleyto need a waterproof that only fitts direct to skin,
They say I cannot return item due to covid and have offered 20%refund and can keep garment,
as it does not fitt what good is that,
A useless company not to be trusted DO NOT USE

Ordered high pressure hose from this company a month ago sent numerous emails to be told they have no record of my order although the payment was taken right away.Stay away from this company they are scam merchants.

Ordered a veg rack for kitchen, after weeks of waiting got a tiny flimsy rack that bears no resemblance at all to what I ordered. Would never use again!!!!

I purchased a mop some time ago but only received the mop head. After four or five text to try and correct this problem I gave up, did not even get a reply. Will never use this site again.
