Got the alleged high pressure washer nozzle today absolute rubbish no pressure as advert

I must have been lucky when I ordered a handbag/backpack from warmday yes it took 3 weeks to arrive but when it did it was excellent quality and no extra charges

I would not give warmdays any stars I would be taken stars away a really bad company worst I have ever dealt with don't use them people

I ordered a squirting bath duck and payment was taken 23rd Feb. When I enquired where it was, I was told their factory had been inundated and to patiently wait! Then I got an email saying it had been shipped on 27th Feb. It's now 9 days later. Still not had anything.... I have sent them messeges but getting no response. I think I have been conned, I should have checked the reviews better before I ordered it! Giving up hope of ever receiving it......

Scam company. My super fit stretch jeans were in fact, cheap tacky nylon leggings with mock jean features printed on them.
No returns and no refund.

I have never seen rubbish like it in my life, a total waste of money, they should get into trouble for charging what they do.wish I had read the reviews before I bought from them.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I ordered 1 rechargeable electric brush. I received 3 replacement brushes. I have contacted them several times they offered me 60 percent of my money back and said I could keep the brushes. What good are the brushes on there own.

ordered a 9.99 car dent item paid for it and got an email stating trans no and id no ,tried to contact them for an idea when i would get this item as it said i would get a tracking email to see where item was. NOTHING so i went on contact process keep getting a robotic reply sent 6 messages so warmday can you respond to this ?feed back .Why no Phone number? heres my name mrs yvonne upchurch uk based i would like you to contact me or i will not buy again from you and advise others to do the same

Wrong product sent and customer service very poor. Took ages to get reply. I have half a product that was mis sold . Still no refund.

Complete rubbish. First it took 6 weeks for leggings to come. They are cheap toot. Wish I had looked on trust pilot first before ordering . Lesson learnt. I haven’t even tried them in they are that bad. Look awful. I will try and return but don’t hold out much hope seeing previous reviews Do NOT USE THIS CO.

Item bought was not shipped. I chased and all they do is put up a front asking for photos of the item without doing anything about it.
Having read other reviews I AM now convinced that this is a scam and I would NEVER dream of using them again.
Use Them at your peril.

I am not happy with the purchased item and as no receipt or any information on return was included I attempted to contact warmday.
On their website there is no address of the company or phone number given, just an email address. It has been a week since I have been sending emails to them as found on their website. No answer at all.

I even can’t complain to them as there is no info about it on their website again.

I am asking myself, are they a company operating legally in the UK?

Final update 12/02/21....
Decided to use paypal to contact and complain (as that was method of payment). Conversation was easy set up and maintain. After several messages I accepted 80% of total and £16 is now back on my paypal account.

Update 08/02/21.... contacted them via email customer@warmdaycouk. Asked for refund/returns label. Offered 50% refund and keep the item. I guess it's better than nothing (if it arrives in my bank) Lesson learnt.

Fell for the advert on facebook for denim leggings! Absolutely disgusting quality, thin nylon printed with a photo of denim leggings, I'm actually embarrassed that I fell for the advertisement but need to warn others. 14.99 + 4.99 postage, A wine fuelled late evening purchase! Never again. Emailed and requested a return address and will stand the postage cost, if the address is ever provided. I will update if I receive any contact from them.

Item never received from this website, have emailed them at 6 times got nowhere. If I could give zero I would. Do not trust this website.

Ordered an item from warmday. Still waiting for the item to be delivered.

I also wish I had checked out the reviews of warmday before making a purchase. The bras were not as advertised and also did not fit. I have had the same problems as others. Sent email enquiry re returing items for refund. Firstly offered option of different size. Then offered 50% refund and keep items (that are of no use) as they are not accepting returns due to Covid. Nothing the on website re Covid.
Have requested full refund as per consumer rights in the UK. But having read other reviews, not sure I will get any reply.

I bought a pair of boots from this rip off company, I received a poor copy of what I ordered, definetly not leather, the smell of rubber and plastic nearly knocked me out, they were wrapped in a piece of plastic wrap with no paperwork at all.
After several ridiculous emails from them, stating they wanted photos of the boots, which were also too small, obviously Chinese sizing. I sent them photos of the boots I received and the boots they were advertising, still no joy, in the end they said, I got what I ordered!! To say I was fuming is an understatement!
Many more emails later, still no joy. So I got my money back from pay pal. Never use this company, bunch of rip off merchants
