I purchased warranty from them through…

I purchased warranty from them through car loans uk, the guy name is usman, he said unlimited warranty and covers everything and didn’t mentioned I can claim only £500 with excess of £100 that means I will get only £400. But the premium am paying for annum is £675.
I cancelled the policy with in 14 days. Am still waiting for the refund. It’s more than a month and bumper took money again.
Avoid avoid avoid taking the policy in the first place.

When you took out the warranty, we offered a range of coverage options (12 to 48 months) so you could choose what worked best for you. The policy you selected does state the following “Frequency of Claims: You are entitled to submit an unlimited number of claims during the active term of your warranty, as detailed in your policy coverage information. The sum of the combined claims cannot exceed the CAP retail valuation of the vehicle at the time of the claim”

We also discussed the excess during the call, and we understand you chose the option that suited your budget. For more extensive coverage and higher claim limits, a Gold or longer-term policy would have been available, but we completely respect the choice you made.

We understand you’ve since canceled the policy, and this was processed on our end within the 14-day cooling-off period. Refunds are handled by our payment provider, and while these are usually straightforward, we’re really sorry for the delay you’ve experienced. We’ve escalated this with them to ensure it’s resolved as soon as possible.

A HORRIBLE company that do not tell the truth, they made me wait for 3 weeks and then gave me garages that do not work with them , and their warranty literally covers nothing.

To clarify, you made your claim on the 30th of December and promptly completed the required day-one questions. We recognised that you needed support in finding a suitable garage and made it clear that we would need a fully costed estimate to proceed with your claim.

While one garage did reach out offering assistance, they were only able to take payment directly from you, which unfortunately does not align with our process. To further assist, we sent you an additional list of garages, still emphasising the need for a fully costed estimate. We eventually received an invoice, but unfortunately, the issue with your clutch was identified, and as per the terms of the policy, this item is not covered.

We understand how disappointing this outcome must be, and we want to assure you that we went to great lengths to support you throughout this process, including helping to find a list of alternative garages. Customer satisfaction is incredibly important to us, and we genuinely regret that your experience did not meet the high standards we aim to deliver.

If you would like to discuss this matter further, we are more than happy to assist.
