Stay away from them, they are a bunch of scam artists! For trying to sell me the warranty I was told that the claim limit of 500 per claim is on paper only, by their sales team (Harry Marlot) and they can technically issue 2 or more claims to cover the repair cost exceeding this amount with a minor admin fee. When my car had an issue, they changed their stance and would not cover anything above 500.
Added to this, no garage in Aberdeen would go with their warranty.
I don’t normally write a lot of reviews but this was the worst experience I have had with any business in UK. It’s a joke how such a business is still running my manipulating the public. I have cancelled my policy at a loss just to stay away from them.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company. They claim you’re covered from day one, but if an issue arises within the first 30 days, you’ll have to jump through countless hoops just to get any assistance—if they even do anything at all. I had a problem with my car that kept it in the garage for over a week before the warranty company responded. Both the garage and I provided all the necessary information, yet Warranties UK kept requesting details that had already been submitted.
When they finally started communicating with the garage, they sent the wrong customer’s information, and it took the garage pointing out their error for them to send the correct details. When I reached out to customer service, they told me this was unusual and blamed it on a new staff member. However, it’s reasonable to expect that competent employees should handle personal information correctly.
Once the garage identified the issue with my car, they emailed the warranty company, and I called them myself. I spoke to a team member who confirmed that my repair was covered, but when I called back half an hour later, another representative told me it wasn’t covered and that nothing could be done. Not only did I receive inconsistent information, but they also seemed unprofessional in their communication and careless with personal information.

My experience with Ryan on the phone was fantastic.
I usually hate dealing with anyone over the phone as it can be quite intimidating for me, he made me feel comfortable and calm.
As it was confusing for me it was great to have someone on the other end who explained things so clearly without making me feel stupid.
Best possible customer experience.
