I had the diamond warranty. A minor problem (MOT failure item) arose with my suspension.

It was easy to contact the firm. They answered the phone quickly. Their agent was helpful quick and decisive.

My repair was undertaken by a third party garage. I settled the garages invoice and received the agreed repayment for the repair promptly to my full satisfaction.

The process was painless, due to the clear guidance and helpful attitude of the firm.

Tara Paulson handled my claim and was fantastic. The claim was dealt with to my satisfaction within a day. Really brilliant service and highly recommended this company.

Tara, the person who took my call, made, what was an anxious time for my daughter, a pleasurable experience when dealing with the warranty claim. She was efficient, knowledgeable and sympathetic. Yes, I wasn't expecting that response either! I was expecting her to try and find a reason not to pay the garage. The garage wanted payment from us, because of their previous negative responses from other Warranty companies. However, after I passed on her details, they too were impressed with her professionalism. I would highly recommend this company, and in particular Tara. X

Fantastic service from this company. I needed to get a reimbursement for a claim, rang for help and phone was answered very quickly and I was immediately put at ease.

Tara, was an absolute star. Prompt responses to e-mails , clear and concise communication and supported me all the way through my claim. She even sent a follow up e-mail to let me know my reimbursement had been processed.

By doing this not only has our extended warranty penetration increased (driving higher profits) but also our customer satisfaction levels have increased too as we now offer a all round better warranty thats administrated expertly by them. Unfortunately I have needed to use the services of this company more than once. Fortunately the service they offer is excellent. They are professional and the service given to me has been second to none.

I decided to call them re. my latest claim as I thought my warranty may have expired. Tara checked for me and was only too pleased to inform me that I had been mistaken. Tara is friendly and approachable with a lovely sense of humour.

On all occasions they have made my claim process easy and straightforward, any questions and queries that I have had have been responded to in a timely manner.

Staff are the best asset a company can have, I can only hope this company recognises the value of their staff as they are great.
