Follow up call from Michael…
Received a follow up call from Michael today to ensure Id received my paperwork for my warranty. No sell, no pressure, took the time to explain what was covered, who to call if I needed to etc. Asked whether or not I would like a call in 6 months when the warranty ends, again no pressure. Great service, nice guy.

I had a telephone appointment with Mark today. Such a pleasant experience, Mark welcomed me to warranty solutions. I’ve never had an experience where I’m welcomed to a company I’m paying for.
