Process of filing the claim for my Ring Camera seemed tedious, but I must praise Melissa Clifford who relentlessly followed through. She responded quickly to all of questions and concerns, contacted Ring and resolved my issue. One thing though, I didn’t like dealing with Ring folks in Philippines. Not only I can hardly understand them, they were also very rude and unprofessional. Melissa in the other hand, was very courteous and is an outstanding customer service/claims agent and I appreciate her immensely

Absolutely rubbish, I repeatedly got asked for the same information about the repair needed on my washing machine, and told over and over again that they'd emailed the relevant company, and were waiting for their response.
I've been in touch with my bank and they have blocked any further payments. I'm still waiting for this company to send me an email, confirming that they've also cancelled my subscription...

Are you serious? Paying a $29 membership to repair a $24 air fryer is ridiculous!!! Why pay for a warranty if in the end they send you to this company that in order for them to take your case you have to buy the membership that they tell you that you have to buy it for free for 14 days to start your case and that you can cancel it at any time but when you go to cancel it after 14 days they tell you that if you do it they will not continue with your case!!!! Stay away from this company that is useless and all they want is to steal your money!!!!

Cannot cancel subscription
I was referred to this company when I bought a pair of flip flops that broke after less than 1 month. Given the price, I expected to get immediate refund direct from the company (a supposedly reputable one). However I was referred to warranty valet instead.
They got me the money back - but that was hardly onerous work given the price paid and the short product life.
The reason for poor review is fact that I cannot cancel my subscription, I have emailed them now 5 times about it. They say it’s cancelled but when I try to remove my card details it tells me I’m still subscribed.
I don’t recommend them !!

I cant explain how helpful, supportive and patient the valet team have been, especially during such a stressful time. I recently travelled interstate to Melbourne, and upon arriving had issues with my luggage bag. In a timely manner, the valet team accepted my claim and told me to take the bag into a service centre. Again, the team at the Mulgrave office (especially the reception girl and Matt the manager) were nothing but supportive and helpful. In a week, they had my luggage bag sorted so I could return home. If I could give a 10 star rating, I would. I am very grateful and appreciate of everything. Thank you!

I cannot praise this company highly enough.When my oil filled radiator broke down, I came across them on a random google search about warranty claims and decided to try them as I am deaf and really struggle with conducting business by phone. It was well worth the very reasonable transaction fee to have the weight of dealing with the claim removed from my shoulders. I was amazed at the friendliness, efficiency and openness.
Every part of the online chat was conducted politely and efficiently with the same two people and I received a prompt email record of the conversation. I merely had to provide my details and upload proof of purchase. The upload procedure was very straightforward I was completely amazed when a brand new replacement radiator arrived four days afterwards, no questions asked.
It was so refreshing to be able to deal online with real people and not have to plough through endless layers of A.I. questions and robots.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this service if, like me, you find such claims troublesome or if you would rather not spend the time required. For me it was certainly money well spent. Thank you Warranty Valet!

Listen to me, consumer. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. I work customer service. If you need help with a warranty, call the manufacturer directly. Do not pay a third party for them to call us. We're plenty capable and willing to walk you through it.

Up till now I have managed product warranty issues myself. Being sure to save receipts and original packaging, I have been successful in allowing companies to make good on their warranties. Recently I was introduced to Warranty Valet and thought I would check it out. My issue was with an item purchased at Walmart where the store return policy had expired and the one year Homestay warranty had not expired. Using the app gave me professional assistance and directed me to the successful tactic to go back to Walmart and receive store credit for the item.
