Willpower customer service

My Brother in Law both bought one of the 1hp pro chillers and the xl bath at the same time after a long time of researching to make a good decision. We were really happy with the purchase. Installation was very easy and the chiller works great. I love the WiFi ability and scheduling. After a short time my bath started to slowly leak air I couldn’t find the leak anywhere and the support team was very responsive and sent me a bath to replace it free of charge. My brother in law has had zero problems with his. Very good product and impressed so far.

My chiller suddenly stopped working

My chiller suddenly stopped working. The customer support went above and beyond to help trouble shoot and diagnose the problem. Customer service sent me the repair parts and continued to provide top notch support until the chiller was fully functional! I would buy from this company again and recommend it to friends and family!!!

Solid product

Tub, chiller, and accessories were separate shipments that arrived at different times. The mat arrived with a hole but Customer service was quick to address the issue and ship a new one. The circulation pump and in-line filter are not integral with the chiller. I just recently purchased flexible pipe insulation to wrap the water lines to prevent sweating and preserve the cool temperatures. My setup is indoors so the chiller doesn’t run but maybe 3 hours per day. I’m 6’-3” and the tub is a great size, sturdy, and easy to inflate. Been using for 1 week and I’m happy with my purchase.
