We had an emergency with a tiny puppy and rang to ask how we could get tube feeding kit quickly. The lady we spoke to was fantastic and our package arrived the next day by noon. Kit was brilliant and staff super helpful.

Puppies loved being under the shelf to get out of the way of everyone but eventually kept banging their heads when older.
To be absolutely perfect a whelping box needs two sections so that you can easily clean one side whilst the puppies and Mum are in the other section.
Especially important when the puppies get to 5 and 6 weeks old - if one of the bigger breeds.
Order and delivery could not have been better. Pleased with this and the whelping pads to fit are excellent and soon had the puppies partly house clean.

The 'Shelf' or puppy rails should be removed when the puppies are old enough, They are effective when puppies are new born and they are unable to move away from mum. So to avoid 'banging heads' they should be removed for there safety when old enough. For the option of a partition we actually already have this in our whelping box and pen options :) The pen can be added on when you need it, and the door closes in between the box and pen, so you can clean the whelping box while keeping the puppies safe in the other side in the pen. Excellent kit - didn't need much of it, but everything was there just in case.
Ended up with 7 pups as opposed to the confirmed 3, So was good to have the kit handy just in case.
Really quick delivery and the whelping guide was invaluable.
