Seriously the best service I have ever had at any bank or credit union!

Nice people that make you feel like family!!

From the day I walked in there and applied for my Kia loan everybody has been awesome. The app works great, the people are great. I have to say this is one of the best credit unions, and the easiest credit unions that I've been with! Thank-you Wasatch peaks CU!

they block your atm card for no reason at all. i tried to use it & they put a lock on my card.
i will be taking my cash out & opening a new account elsewhere.

His replies were prompt and succinct, while striking the perfect balance between professionalism and approachability. I will remain a lifelong member at Wasatch Peaks.

All wonderful help they provide me and great customer service they provide me.

They dont offer online loan payments, and charge a $10 fee to pay over the phone! The loan department people are nice though.

The gal was friendly and prompt and took care of what I needed.

The lady that helped me open my account at the south Ogden branch was great, she was very helpful. My visit to the North Ogden branch wasn't helpful at all in fact the lady at the window was quite rude, and i think she messed up my secured visa i had applied for, because she said she didn't see such a thing on my account and transfered all my money from savings to my checking account, because she said it's not going to hurt my visa, i tried explaining it to her, but with her attitude i just left.

Great customer service. And were able to get us approved fast.

We have been very impressed with the customer service, especially getting a home equity loan that was much needed. We were treated so kindly that we closed our acct at another credit union and moved our business to WPCU.

I've been with the Credit Union for years and they have always been fair and helpful.

I am giving 5 stars for an experience with 1 person, Patricia Taffs! She was flawless in the work she did for our re-finance on our home. She made the experience easy for us and kept things simple and just took care of it. She was absolutely phenomenal and I feel I can not say enough about how great she was. Thank you Pat for everything!! I wish I could do more to express my gratitude. I hope by leaving this review, my appreciation is recognized. ❤️

Wasatch peaks is hands down the greatest credit union around. They get my wife and I an approval within hours and their customer service is incredible. They definitely know how to take care of their customers. We work with Jake at the pleasant view branch, if you want someone who knows what their doing, call Jake every time!

I had dealings with the West Haven branch in the past, for business, and I loved the crew there. When I was emerging from bankruptcy and an unemployment stretch last year, I decided to give you a try. I understand that someone fresh out of bankruptcy will have a hard time re-establishing credit, and informed the receptionist I knew it would be difficult. I already had a savings account with Ally, and had tried to open a checking account there too, but was denied. Wanting something local, for ease of access to my money, I tried this branch. When I tried to open a checking account, the receptionist helping me just looked over something on the computer, with this scowl on her face. I asked if there was something still hooked to me from the bankruptcy, but the response was, "not at this time, try again in six months." This was kind of off-putting, but with bankruptcy, I expected issues.

I had visited the branch one other time when my ATM card arrived. The crew seemed happier but seemed annoyed that I was interrupting their conversation. There was something wrong with the system at the branch, and the card was never activated.

Somewhat annoyed, I tried GoldenWest, where I had an account before my bankruptcy. I was told that I had an active ChexSystems report, and it should have vanished in the bankruptcy. "Talk to your attorney, it was probably an oversight." With the problem now fixed, I took my business there, with the checking account, secured Visa (since converted to a standard Visa), and smiling staff. I'm happy now, and with the help of the GWCU, my credit is improving.

I gave a bad review earlier for the info I was given by a credit union employee. Later, Heidi Doman called and resolved the issue I had quickly and efficiently. Am impressed with Heidi and am satisfied with the credit union.
