Very concerned with skills regarding selling a vehicle with a Wasatch Peaks loan. I let branch know I was planning to sell the vehicle, cashed a CD (& was penalized for early withdrawal) to pay off the loan on 2/11/2020 to gain title making the vehicle easier to sell. Branch manager told me title would be sent to me with in 7-10 days. Sold vehicle on 2/17/2020, informed buyer I expected title no later than 2/21/2020. Title was not received on 2/21/2020.Buyers waiting to pick up vehicle. Called Branch manager & was told title process had been delayed by mistake but a Bill of Sale would allow buyer to register vehicle. Gave Bill of Sale & email from branch mgr stating lean was released on 2/11/20 however the DMV would not provide buyer with temp registration due to what ever Wasatch Peaks title information showed on their computer database. Branch mgr then referred me to WP main office person who processes lean releases/titles. The buyer was able to get a Temp registration today 2/26/2020 however after my conversation with the WP title person and the buyer it's obvious there are still issues with when the title will be issued and in who's name it will be issued. The WP person is saying the Title will be issued in my name (seller )by Friday 2/28/2020 & delivered by courier to Branch at which time I will be notified to come get title, sign it and present it to buyer. The buyer is understanding from the DMV they should receive the title in their name. This has become very frustrating. I hope you will check into this and find out how WP has created this problem and fix it.

Based on my survey comments Wasatch Peaks contacted me and explained their process, the mistakes made and actions to rectify the problem. The buyer has now received the title. I appreciate the response and actions taken as a result of this survey option.

wp refused my application for checking account. my card expired and they failed to send me new ones. the people I have dealt with in person have been exceedingly nice from the guy who set up my account to the female window person who helped me upon discovering my card had expired.

Very quick and very attentive to our needs

I've been with you guys for quite a while now. Although I don't have the best credit due to uncontrollable life circumstances, I have always made my loan payments on time and I recently paid my vehicle off. When I recently applied for an RV loan, I was slapped with 11.99% interest. I've always spoke nothing but good about WPCU and I've recommended everyone I know to them because they've always been so friendly and helpful. I really hope they aren't going in the direction of AFCU where their members are just a number to them. This wasn't right, especially when they know I've made my all my payments on time and in full. Instead of letting them receive that high interest payment and make money, I just paid it off. The purpose of the loan was to help build my credit. I really like WPCU so this was a real let down.

Not seeing the valued "perks" of a credit union. Your location in Ogden is a real plus.
