Worth the money
The report provided was excellent and very clearly set out the depreciation schedule for my rental property. The report was extremely good value. The only slightly negative was that the company was quite pushy when it came to "signing up" to their service - I received lots of emails and phone calls (during work hours) until I actually ordered the report.

What a great service
What a great service, I would definitely recommend you engage Washington Brown if you are after a depreciation schedule for your investment property. They were able to coordinate inspections well with the property manager and tenant and the report is very comprehensive. I would have been happy with that, but also really appreciated a call from the CEO as a personal touch!
