To put it in a nice way the nicest I can I will NEVER use this company ever again.

We were spending a final week after visiting family sightseeing Washington and NY. Amtrak website said it would not let us carry a 40lb bag (No European railway has such a restriction!) so we looked at the coach and chose Washington de luxe from Dupont circus to Penn station. We humped our bags in good time for 9.30 bus which turned up at9.50 and then went into centre of Washington to collect more passengers leaving there at 10.30 .We eventually arrived in NY 45 mins late - no apology or explanation but then fo$22 each what more can you expect. The worrying aspect was that the conscientious driver appeared to be preparing to drive straight back to Washington without a break - rather him and his passengers than us

Washington deluxe is on time, safe and comfortable. Dependability is what I want from s bus service and I get it 100% with them. Also buses are clean, odorless and drivers are professional but friendly.

Being a DC native and living in NY, I travel back and forth a lot. I book my tickets last minute and the website makes it easy to do so. This bus have been brand new because it felt fresh out the box, clean and shiny. The bus driving was pleasant and we even stopped for snacks! My favorite part was having the seat next to me empty, a full bus sucks! Thanks again!

It would be nice if there was a consistent policy about whether there would be a rest stop along the way. That way the passengers would know whether to bring food with them or if there would be an opportunity to buy some if desired.

The triple was good confortable. On time.

If you are tall or heavy, I don't recommend it. Also make sure you buy some food, they don't stop on a 4 1/2 hour journey. The woman checking us in was very angry.

It is the best bus service I have ever taken so far. Very comfortable, arrived on time. The temperature in the bus is just right, because in Megabus it is always ridiculously cold! I will definitely go with Washington Deluxe bus))

I had a good ride. No luxuries of course, but the wi fi worked fine and the seats were comfortable enough. I think the quality/price ratio is very good and I'd recommend it for this route.

Your services are excellent, you're my favorite carrier. I do wish you ran earlier, say 8am on all week days. Many times I have to travel to NYC early to catch a connecting bus to up state New York, but due to your not having an 8am bus I have to regrettably choose an alternative carrier.

I always use Washingtondeluxe to get from NYC to DC, however this most recent trip there was NO wifi available and I was dissapointed!

The bus arrived on time and all staff interaction was very pleasant!

Washington Deluxe is less crowded than Megabus, Bolt bus, etc, and has a much better drop off and pick up location in NYC than the others -- more centrally located, closer to the Subway and delis, restaurants etc where one can grab a bite to eat before departing.

On my trips, I've sometimes had the bus stop for a rest in Delaware, sometimes not. I think it would be helpful to either always institute a stop in Delaware, or never have it, or leave it up to a vote of the passengers. I've had all three situations, and I'm fine with any of them, but would prefer to know exactly what to expect.

I'm hoping Washington Deluxe adds more frequent service as word of mouth grows... but hopefully not at the expense of quality, like Megabus!

Our driver was very nice and safe and we arrived in NYC an hour early. A wonderful first experience with this company! Thank you!

Great service, always leaves on time. Wish they had water but that's about it.

Lovely bus ride from NYC to washington!

Great service run by caring company. My first trip was quite bad, but it was an anomaly of their service. I was thus refunded and have traveled with them again since and it's been a pleasant experience both times.

Bus was clean and left on time. However when leaving NYC the driver didn't stop at a rest stop. Could have stopped for the passengers to stretch their legs and get a bite to eat. The driver leaving DC did stop in NJ for 15 minutes which was nice. The wifi didn't seem to be working on the trip to DC though.
