The bus was on time, clean, and the ride was smooth. Wi-fi and power outlets are provide, but not much else. This is the first bus I've encountered with no place on the back of the seat in front of you for you to put magazines or other items. I ended up having to hold things in my lap for most of the trip or put them on the floor which was somewhat inconvenient. Our bus driver, Kevin, was friendly as well as clear about time limits at rest stops. Overall a good experience, but not the poshest ride.

The bus ride itself was fine, but when i changed to an earlier to departure from DC to NYC the day of, the phone attendant lacked the courtesy to tell me the location had changed from Dupont Circle to Union Station, so in effect I missed the bus when I showed up at 315p to Dupont on that Sunday. Afterwards, I couldn't get a reservation for a later bus so I had to go standby for something that wasn't inherently my fault. The whole process didn't seem very fair.

I have been using Washington Deluxe for almost 4 years now on a regular basis, I always liked it, but it has certainly improved over the last 2 years. Convenient pick up locations in both cities. Clean and new buses with power outlets and WiFi. Always on time, I highly recommend them to anyone.

The first time I rode on a Washington Deluxe bus, it was smooth sailing. The second time around, there were a few hiccups. First we had to switch buses, which didn't take very long but then the bus we switched to had to be 'jumped' in order to start, which set us back about 20 minutes. The second hiccup (perhaps because the bus had to be jumped) was that the outlets didn't work. I didn't really care about this since my phone was charged but I'm sure other riders were hoping to charge their electronics. Other than that, the driver was nice and tried to make up for lost time (in a safe way). Overall, I would use this service again.

I used the Washington Deluxe service from DC to NYC, in the morning; and came back within the same day. On the way up, I had an enjoyable experience, I was able to use the WiFI, and the electricity. On the return trip in the evening, unfortunately there was no WiFi, and the electrical outlets did not work. Unhelpful.

Nice and cheap, and on time!

The drivers were excellent, fellow passengers considerate - no loud talking, cell phone exchanges, music. Buses comfortable with clean toilet area. Bus going from NY to DC was right on schedule. From DC to NYC was late due to traffic - allow more time.

Very professional driver on a clean, quiet bus to DC. Beat amtrak by an hour! Great that they drop you off at Dupont Circle. Metro connection excellent.

Washington Deluxe has been my means of transportation to Washington DC for the last 4 years. The service level from purchasing the ticket to arriving in Washington DC has been great. Usually Cecelia greets me when boarding the bus. I will say that she keeps the flow of passengers consistent. No one cuts the line and she always ask what stop, to ensure there is no confusion as to where the bags or luggage should be placed. I have also seen where the bus was overbooked and Cecelia would ask if someone would be willing to volunteer their seat for someone that could not wait on the next bus. I think that's an excellent quality. I have been in the service business for over 20 years and I appreciate Cecelia's professionalism. She's very stern but NOT rude or inconsiderate, The bus has been clean every time that I have been on. There use to be movie's shown but not anymore. That's not a big issue. I appreciate that the driver ask if anyone would like to stop during the trip or if they prefer a non stop. I prefer non stop due to passengers don't seem to understand when the driver state to be back at a certain time to the bus. So a non stop trip is very appreciated. Even on the last trip, the driver stated that if anyone needed to stop, please let him know. The only issue with Washington Deluxe is that I have all these trip tickets and don't know what to do with them.

Well overall, the bus itself was great. The only problem I have is that when I bought a Roundtrip and had to edit my departure trip, it cancelled out my other ride. For me to return. So not only did I have to buy a new ticket for my return, I lost my money since there are no refunds

Bus came late, waited 1:00 hr then start after 10:00 . When we reach union station metro was about to close. I got the last train. On the ticket arrival was 1:45AM but arrived 3:00. Is this not more than stupidity. You have to stop this service, this is not for you.

When grabbing my bag upon arrival in DC, my phone slipped out of my pocket in the cargo hold, and I realized it just the bus had left Union Station. After dropping everyone off at Dupont Circle, the bus driver drove back to Union Station to find me and bring back my phone. WHO DOES THAT?! Huge thanks to the very compassionate bus driver!

Also, the ride was absolutely fine- no problems- the USB and electrical outlets in every seat were very appreciated.

Everything OK, except for an annoying woman who chattered for almost the length of the trip.

Great service and convenient stops close to metro.

Firstly the bus wouldn't start and we had to change busses. Then the 2nd bus needed help starting and finally no wifi. Horrible experience
