I enjoyed riding with Washington Deluxe! The buses are clean and the seats are comfortable. The buses are always on time, so don't be late :-)

I tend to have great experiences with WD. The gentleman in NYC who checks names of passengers is a respectable guy. I think once I didn't have an outlet that didn't work. But besides that it was fine.

The trip both ways was fine. I have a complaint about the cup holders. No one seems to clean them out. You don't want to put your cups in them. The other complaint is that you all don't leave early enough. If you're going up to NY for the day, half of it is gone by the time you arrive.

I always appreciate the polite drivers, clean buses, functioning outlets and restrooms, and safe travel that I experience with Washington Deluxe!

I enjoy the experience every time I ride. The buses are always clean, comfortable and they even have charging ports by each seat which is convenient for charging devices. I also like the bus drivers. They take pride in their jobs. They keep their buses clean, communicate with passengers along the way and recognize safety each step of the way.

Trip down was fine - good bus, roomy seats. Bus was half full.

Trip back was ok - bus was less roomy, no seatback pockets, uncomfortable AND bus was filled.

Return trip Sundays at prime time are full and should have roomiest buses. Need to work that out.

The bus was clean and comfortable. The driver was courteous and drove safely. I would definitely ride Deluxe bus again.

Affordable, comfortable and efficient.

After planning to ride Amtrak from Washington DC to New York City while on vacation, we were told checked baggage wasn't available for our train. In a panic, we started looking for other option to get to NYC. Washington Deluxe popped up at the top of our web search. The ride was smooth and the bus was impeccable. Kevin D., our bus driver, was very cordial and provided great customer service. We would use the Washington Deluxe again if needed and would recommend this service to anyone.

Trip started at 5:30 pm. Driver announced it was a lights out ride and no talking -- even quietly -- on cell phones. There should have been warning that it was a "quiet" bus. He also honked consistently during city driving, yelled at other cars, threatening them out loud.

The drivers on both the outbound and return trips were courteous and clear about expectations for passengers and the trip.

The return trip was memorable because our driver Carlos' passenger briefing was pleasantly remarkable for clarity in expected behavior. It was a first for me that my trip was not impacted by conversations or loud calls by others! Try it - best deal!

You can't beat the price and you run on time. Sometimes I think the bus drivers drive a little fast, but otherwise I am satisfied with the service.

The bus pulled in on time, the driver was polite and efficient about loading baggage and getting everyone seated. The ride went smoothly.

Everything is wonderful! But the wifi never works!

I honestly can't recommend Washington Deluxe more. They're always on time, the buses are always clean, the drivers are safe. I commute to DC most weekends and they've become my go to for leaving New York.

Overall a good trip but the timing is always SO much longer than it says it will be on the website, even with minimal traffic! If a trip normally takes 5.5 hours then say that up front so people can plan accordingly.

Washington Deluxe is our transportation of choice to and from DC and NYC. The buses are relatively new and clean with power and wifi. The service is reliable and the drivers drive safely. The website is easy to use in booking your reservations. Plus if you become a member you get a free ride after every 6 rides!

Loved the service, the route and everything except wifi that didn't work in either direction.

Great bus line. Very polite driver. Clean. Working electrical sockets. Couldn't get the wifi to work, and ride is longer than advertised. But overall one of the better bus lines.
