Very good communication throughout the ordering and delivery process. Loo was installed about a month after it arrived as the bathroom was being renovated. Been using it a few weeks now and happy with... See more

Works well easy to fit maybe not the best looking but for price compared to last one we had at 2K it’s great
Great and modern looking smart toilet for a good price
Love my new washloo odyssey smart toilet.
Had it installed for a month now, and is everything I wanted in a smart toilet. Modern looking and working great!
Toilet was shipped very quickly and I got all answers I needed when I called prior to ordering.
Highly recommend.
Good idea, but some issues
I had some delivery issues - the wrong pan, then DHL broke the replacement, but the Washloo staff were cheerful, friendly and helpful, doing their best to get me the right package quickly.
On advice I ordered a new pan with my Washloo, to make sure it was a good fit to the seat. It is connected to my old built in cistern, but flushes better - it’s just a better design.
The pan is a standard size but the water and air pipes fit inside the rim at the back, so the seat aperture is a couple of inches smaller - not a problem for me, but my partner has a more generously proportioned derrière, and finds it pushes her too far forward. A normal seat lid hinges up to vertical then back to rest on the cistern, but the Washloo lid only opens 90 degrees, exacerbating the problem.
The water mechanism works quite well, although you’re going to need loo paper! Picture washing bird poo off your windscreen with a small hose and no brush….. Similarly with the dryer - picture coming out of the shower and trying to dry yourself with a hair dryer fixed to the wall - one bit gets dry and burns while another is dripping wet. That said, with a bit of practice and some loo roll to hand you can achieve a good clean result - much better than using loo roll alone if like me you have problems in that department.
The remote control buttons are not intuitive, and the booklet is no help. What does 3 flashing lights and a beep mean? Not even Karen the Washloo help line lady knew, although she did find out and email me the answer as promised.
I’m not sure how much power it uses - you can’t turn it off between uses because then it forgets your settings. Karen says it’s minimal, but it produces instant warm water and the seat stays warm to the touch, so it’s clearly staying on 24/7.
Under the lid there’s quite a list of “do’s and don’ts” including don’t use abrasive or chemical cleaners. It’s a loo - bleach and loo cleaners are strong chemicals….
My loo is next to the shower, and I want to step out and sit on the closed loo seat to get dry - you can’t! It’s made of flimsy plastic that won’t take your weight: apparently it’s a cover, not a seat, so you’re going to need a stool in the bathroom to sit on.
With a redesigned lid which opens past 90 degrees and can be sat on when closed the Washloo would be a winner - as it is its ok, and better than a normal loo and a pack of wet wipes, but by the time you’ve bought the Washloo and new pan and paid a plumber and electrician, you might prefer to install a bidet - put it in the space you cleared by not needing a stool!
Post script
I have re-read my comments and your response, and have some thoughts:
*The Washloo staff work hard to provide a good service: they deserve to do well.
* I was trying to provide full information in a humorous way: I’m sorry if I was too graphic! It’s almost impossible for a machine to wash and dry you perfectly - I was trying to say the Washloo does a good job, but point out where there’s issues or room for improvement.
*The smaller seat aperture and restricted Iid opening I mentioned don’t affect me much, but it is an issue for my partner, so presumably for others of a similar build,
*The lid you can’t sit on is a big issue for me - it didn’t occur to me to ask if I could as I assumed everyone does it, but clearly I should have. You responded that there’s a more expensive model that can be sat on - I would have chosen it if I was aware of the issue: it’s not mentioned on the website.
*I chose the loo from a picture on the website which showed a pan with no cistern but you sent a close coupled unit. You guys went out of your way to get me the right one quickly - I guess it’s a problem with distance selling? Once again, with hindsight I should have picked up the phone and confirmed I had ordered the right one.

Helpful people and good product knowledge.
I spoke direct to Washloo regarding our requirement. It was good to be able to talk to someone knowledgeable rather than multitude of online options that happens with so many companies customer services.
Washloo
I have only just had my washloo fitted,I have a problem with my arms and have trouble reaching my private parts,I find it really brilliant for doing the job for me,I feel really clean after using it,the only thing I find is the drier could be better as I still have to dry myself as it doesn’t quite dry enough but I don’t mind ,over all I wish I’d had one of these years ago,I would give the washloo an eleven.
Repair to broken part on seat
I purchased a finesse dr for my wife who is disabled. Within warranty the locking mechanism, which is plastic, broke. I contacted washloo and was informed of the price to return and repair the seat. I was informed that this breakage had only happened once before as it was due to misuse. I think Washloo should be aware that moving a disabled person on and off a loo can be quite challenging and is not easy. I think they should look at the design and make it more robust. I have not had the seat repaired as could not do without the seat while it is being repaired. I used double sided tape to hold it in place
Regardless of this unfortunate episode I bought another seat for a second toilet and would recommend them but am still disappointed with the decision by staff to not arrange for a repair under warranty.

Washloo - What a great company!!
I bought their Supreme D shaped smart toilet. Before I bought it, Alex, was very kid enough to do a video call with me to explain everything. On installation, Oliver, was great to explain how easy it was to do. Over all their customer service is fantastic!! The toilet itself is super. Love the foam feature. If you are looking to buy a smart toilet I would thoroughly recommend Washloo !!

Quick response to technical enquiry - about fitting the T piece the other way round
Fit not quite right. Otherwise excellent product
Although I checked length with seller slightly too long.
An excellent product
Easy to order and install and it looks very smart. This is my second one.
Staff are amazing, couldn’t recommend this company enough
Staff are amazing
Spoke and emailed with Karen at their office, but also spoke to a couple of other staff members, and they were all really really helpful & went through everything with me. Even helped me re measure the toilet as id got the wrong measurements (even though it is plainly set out on their website (so was me not following it correctly)). Also explained all the different bidet options. Have now got one bidet toilet seat & in the not too distant future (maybe after visiting their showroom) I’ll be ordering a whole bidet toilet
I’m disabled and also looking for this setup for my parents & the staff at washloo were very helpful in this regards & if you are disabled and qualify there is a vat free option.
