Service quality declining a lot
The past 2 washes (2 weeks distance) were not so satisfying. There were no car soap/shampoo being used during the wash. Practically it only washed my car with water. In my previous experience with wash world, it did use a lot of car soap/shampoo which was sprayed during the initial wash. But during the past 2 washed I had, there were no car soap/shampoo being used. Their washing machine only sprayed water. I'm considering to cancel my subscription after being a loyal customer for 5 years.
