I am not happy for my membership because I cant clean my car with vacume at the same time when I wash my car. So I want to have vacum facility with my same membership price.

Don’t use the self washing service and…
Don’t use the self washing service and new terminal , first of all I’ve tried using my profile as their customer so I can end my payment from there when I’m done with washing , I’ve tried logging in my profile and it said wrong email addresses or password, I’ve tried resetting my password and the email I’ve received from them was just opening a new logging page ! So there was that” new option” of their “new terminal “ which was saying if you are not a customer you can use your bank card to pay amount of 120dkk which it’s going to be reserved and if you are done washing less then 20 minutes the rest of the amount will be refunded! I’ve washed my car in about 10 mins , I’ve tried to use the button beside which were saying in Danish end “End of payment “ nothing happened and in the end I was charged 120 dkk for 10 minutes washing! Do not use it it’s a scam try to avoid it ! NOT RECOMMENDING AT ALL !

We do our best to keep the locations operational, but when working with technology, unexpected errors can unfortunately occur.
Our Helpdesk department is staffed 24/7 to help and try to resolve any urgent issues as they arise, but it's not always possible, and therefore, unfortunately, some halls may experience downtime.
If you encounter a service disruption at the location, you can call our emergency phone. The phone number is listed on the terminal and inside the wash hall.
