Even though I used the premium program…

Even though I used the premium program my car was not clean when I exited the hall. It was full with white dots and dust in places that normally are perfectly clean after the wash. It is the second time that this happens.

The machine stop in the middle of the…

The machine stop in the middle of the washing time and I cannot leave because the gate is closed.☹️
