The basic doesnt clean or dry so well, you need to go through 2 times for an ok wash

Hi Giancarlo, it sounds like your car needs a thorough wash. Our basic wash is a light wash and a light drying, which may not deeply remove dirt. If you find that our washes are also not cleaning well, feel free to contact our customer service, where we can further examine the wash results.
