Scratches
I have a lot of scratches on my car after washing it.Every new wash new scratches. Now the new brushes hit the car's bodywork really hard.Most of the time the halls are out of service.Bed maintenance.I'm so sad 😭.

We fully understand that you tend to inspect your car more closely after a car wash to check the result. It is therefore completely understandable that you may get the impression that damage you were not previously aware of originated from the wash hall.
The scratches and marks found on the car were not caused in the wash hall. These are a result of normal use and are not something our foam brushes can create. You should think of these foam brushes as moving in a uniform direction over the car, either along the roof or across the sides of the vehicle. Unless metal parts are stuck in the brushes from a previous car, such scratches and deep paint damage cannot occur from a standard car wash.
Again, we fully understand why you may associate the car wash directly with the damage you discover on your vehicle. In cases like this, where a claim is reported to us, we involve independent experts who assess damage on a daily basis.
