We do our best to keep the locations operational, but when working with technology, unexpected errors can unfortunately occur.
Our Helpdesk department is staffed 24/7 to help and try to resolve any urgent issues as they arise, but it's not always possible, and therefore, unfortunately, some halls may experience downtime.
If you encounter a service disruption at the location, you can call our emergency phone. The phone number is listed on the terminal and inside the wash hall.

Really good idea and business but…
Really good idea and business but unfortunately, they went full economy/budget with materials (cleaning-rotation parts) scraps the paint and even the glass. They chose budget and sh**ty customer support and bad IT solutions. Can't imagine the possibilities if they went full premium, every single person would use this service but it's unfortunately bad as it is now. I don't recommend

An ok wash station even though could use some new machines...but compared with what we pay,i can say it's just awesome as much as it washed...

Not worth to wash
This is second time when I have to clean my car by hands after having a wash at your carwash. The car doesn't get clean properly. Forget the hidden parts, I am not even expecting that to be clean, but the visible parts like bumper , boot door, they remain as dirty as they were before wash.
And this happened to me 2nd time today. It's so embarrassing as I just took the car to my friend's place with all this dirty back. Don't know where to attach picture for reference.
