We had a Hornet nest near a bedroom window and a wasp nest on the opposite end of the house! All dealt with efficiently and promptly.
Would recommend this company.

Did an excellent job. We were expecting them between 12.00 noon and 6.00pm but they turned up at 9.00 which actually suited us better.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a wasps nest removing. I emailed them for a quote early on a Sunday morning, they replied quickly with full details. I rang to confirm the booking and they came out within 4 hours on a Sunday. It was fully explained what was done and also what to expect over the next few hours. The wasps were gone within 2 hours. They also said they would come back after 7 days to retreat the area if the wasps were still there...I don't need to call them back as job was done first time. Many thanks.

Rang & explained wasp nest was under eves on roof & we thought it may be in the attic. We were told we would be contacted the next day half an hour before arrival. Young man arrived at 8.10am without a phone call. He had no idea where the nest was and he had no ladders to reach the nest. He had collapsible ladders but these were no good. I asked him if he would go in the attic and he did but the nest was not in there. He used our ladders which my husband had to get for him and then went up and found the nest & sprayed it. Wasps have gone but please give your operatives LADDERS!!!! I would not pay up front again for anything though.

They came out on the day and got rid of the wasps very quickly, I’m very happy with this company and would highly recommend them.

Service was quick, honest, reliable and got to the root of the problem without delay. All very professional from the appt booking staff to the person (Jack in my case) who carried out the task. Thank you. Will recommend and use again.

On initial call, all was helpful and fast with next day service to my property.

HOWEVER!!
I was told I had to pay £270 upfront for a "Kill and remove" service with a wasps nest as that is the service I had preferred instead of the "treat the entry point" service for a lesser sum.Following day the guy arrives and inspects the area to be containing the wasps nest. He cannot find the nest due to it being positioned within the wall cavity.
Therefore is recommended service was to treat the entry point.
I told him of the fees I had to pay upfront and the service, his reply "they shouldn't of charged you for a service like that without inspection", "call the office and get a partial refund"

In calling to explain the issue and now falling into a mis-sold product, seeking a partial refund from this company is very difficult. I have requested the file of our initial recorded telephone conversation due to the manager Mr Fowler seemingly disagreeing with my refund request after his review of the phone conversation. Yet I'm not able to listen to this conversation myself?! hmmmm…

When I had spoken with Mr Fowler, he seemed to get my confused with another customer under the same first name, mentioning "someone else is causing him problems"

This company is not to be trusted!!!

The response to my call was quick and efficient to my call. The operators were friendly and explained what they would do and what would happen. So far no returning wasps to either nest so a good result ball all round. Thanks team

THIS COMPANY IS A WASTE OF TIME AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!! AVOID!! 2 failed attempts at removing a wasps nest at my property. Told different information by everyone we speak to as to how long it will take for the nest to die off. Communication and training clearly not great. I have requested a refund as the service they provided has not had the effect is should and therefore I have been miss sold, the manager has flat out refused to give me a refund, been incredibly rude and insisted they either come back out or nothing. This has been going on for over a month now. No doubt a 3rd failed attempt this weekend, I am now in the process of escalating the complaint and notifying trading standards.
