Efficient and fantastic in removing a wasp nest in a very awkward position

they were great with us, sending us someone the following day and because ours was a big job sending us the same guy the following week. the guy (terry) was very friendly and has sorted out our problem and given us advice on stopping it recurring in the future.

Efficient service with good advice post treatment. Only lost a star as when phoning to check arrival time, the phone took a while

Although a pricy option, my wasps in the roof were dealt with very quickly, I could have had someone out the same day. Technician was polite and efficient. Recommend!

The guy arrived on time and dealt with the wasp nest very well indeed. No wasps in view from the dy after his visit.

Polite, courteous and reliable, was our experience.

Called them Monday morning, the guy came Monday afternoon and sorted the bees nest. Said within a week yuu will have no bees coming back but if you do he would come back. Within 4 days all bees had gone. Great job.

Guy turned up on time, was articulate and easy to communicate with. Job done in 15 minutes and wasps were gone within a few hours leaving us to enjoy our BBQ the following day!

Wasps nest dealt with very promptly and effectively. All sign of wasp activity disappeared within 48 hours and has not returned. Operative friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

my main requirement was prompt and efficient service which was what I got thank you. My main criticism would be the price which was high compared with other operatives.

The service was expensive but time was of the essence. So far wasps are gone.

Very eager to please on first phone call, same day visit, money taken. However, not so keen to response after when nest still active!! After numerous phone calls, second treatment, nest dealt with or so we think as still a little activity.
