One week on I now need to re didcuss as all not dead: will do tomorrow and hope for additional visit at no further cost.

After 3 visits from a cheaper so-called wasp removal company I still had a dozen wasps a day on my landing. One visit from JG Pest Control and have not seen a single wasp since. Totally professional and effective. Well done.

They are expensive based on the time taken, but I would have no hesitation in recommending them as very effective. The front of my house was over-populated with wasps that seemed to have taken up residence behind the house cladding. The JG Pest Control operative (Jack) came for about 9.00am two days after I had called and within 3 minutes had sprayed the entrance. The wasps were very aggressively active but within 3 hours there was no more activity by wasps at all. JG tell you that if there is any return of the problem in the same area they will come back and spray again at no extra cost.

Payed £144.00 for next day service,person arrived with no equipment(no ladders)-told to rebook. Turned up 2 days later again with no equipment(no ladders)I expressed when booking suspect wasps nest was 20 foot up inside a tree.Another person arrived 2 hours later unable to find nest,still have wasps inside tree-needless to say i will not be using this company again.

A confirmed appointment 2 days prior for the Monday morning resulted in a 1730 hrs arrival, following 2 phone calls to find out when to expect the Company’s technician. 5 minutes of activity did result in the wasp nest being neutralised; I have just spent 2 hours removing it! So mission accomplished I suppose but I expected a more professional and thorough service for the charge.

Arrived on time and on the day I made the initial call. The representative was so polite and helpful I could not have asked for more. He put in a lot of effort to ensure the wasp nest was killed despite being well hidden. I called a competitor a few days before hand - which I regret as after 3 days, they called me back to cancel the appointment. No such troubles with JG Pest Control. Would certainly recommend.

Excellent service, telephoned on a Saturday and agent arrived at 3pm on Monday. Polite, knowledgeable. quick and efficient, the engineer was great. The wasps disappeared withing 48 hours.

When I booked the removal I specified that I could not see any wasp nest. The guy came spent less than 10mins at our property , did absolutely nothing , no treatment whatsoever.
Paid £150 for that privilege. Emailed them the next day , managed to get a £36 refund . No call out charge was mentioned we we booked the job,
