I will never be sorry to say that for 2 years and half, I have never had a peaceful month with this company, a miss collection every 2weeks , the worst service when you call , 7 day waiting time for a collection, e real mess , and no one seam to understand, the price remain the same , double than any other supplier.
I finally managed to cancel the contract, 2 weeks now and they still did not collect their rubbish.
Never again
Please consider a real company and stay a way from those brockers , thieves

Terrible service
I signed up with this company to manage my sharps box disposal. Unfortunately, whilst the sales process was excellent, the quality of service afterwards was extremely disappointing.
I have had to repeatedly chase missed waste collections, often spending considerable time contacting customer services to resolve issues that should never have arisen in the first place. On multiple occasions, I was assured that collections had been arranged, only for no collection to take place.
To make matters worse, I found the customer service experience frustrating and unhelpful. Communication was poor, and I was frequently given information that did not reflect what subsequently happened.
My experience has been that payments were taken as agreed, but the service I was paying for was not delivered consistently or reliably. As a result, I have cancelled my contract and would not personally recommend this company based on my experience.

Do not use this company. Worst thing ever. I no longer run an aesthetics company. I started with them in 2024. It my aesthetic elegance company didn’t take off and I attempted to cancel with them in 2025. They told me I had a 2 year signed contract so I had to continue to pay. I did this and every month from October 2025 I emailed to say I won’t be renewing the contract. On the 9th of May and 9th of June were my last emails for confirmation and they renewed my contract on the 14th of June 2026 for 2
Years claiming that I hadn’t contacted them to cancel between 14th of March and 14th of May 2026 and that they have signed my new contract on my behalf. Absolutely disgusting and against the law to sign for me. I also did email them in this period on the 9th of May and they say they never got it and had to be done in writing. DO NOT USE. They are scammers just trying to take your money constantly.

They rang me on numerus occasions…
They rang me on numerus occasions wanting business as I had waste bins from another company had to cancel them and get bins from Waste Managed. When i got rid of my bins they promised me delivery asap, but rang the next day to say there was nobody with a route in my area, so left with no bins and no contract ,so thanks very much Ray.Complete shambles never again,keep well away.

I applied for a waste collection…
I applied for a waste collection service over 4 weeks ago. Despite being charged a setup fee and monthly fees from the beginning, I received absolutely no service during that time. The bins only arrived after 4 weeks of constant phone calls and chasing them for updates.
To make matters worse, I was promised that, due to the long delay, they would clear the rubbish that had built up while I was waiting for the bins. Once the bins finally arrived, I was told they would send me a collection schedule and arrange a pickup.
Throughout the entire process, I was repeatedly told that someone would call me back, but nobody ever did. I had to phone them almost every day for 4 to 5 weeks just to get answers.
Last week, I was told that my collection would take place on Monday, so I put the bins out as instructed. The bins are now full, but the collection never happened. When I called again to find out what was going on, they simply ended the call after I explained the situation.
I’ve paid fees for weeks without receiving the service I was promised. The communication has been poor, the delays have been unacceptable, and customer service has been extremely disappointing.
This is the first negative review I have ever left for a company, but my experience has been so frustrating that I feel others should be warned.
Avoid this company if you value reliable service and customer support.

There are 2 green bins outside next doors premises but we were only meant to get one and we asked for it to be lockable which neither of them are
