Took My Omega for full service and…
Took My Omega for full service and asembly paid 440 and what a mess they did. The movement was not service the main spring
Which I gave them the a new one was not replace. The case tube was not replace .movement clamp missing. Do not take expensive watches to this place

It has been said before these guys not only have all the skills needed to repair watches but they have fantastic customer service skills too.
Trying to find a battery recently after an exhaustive trawl through many shops I went to see Joel who had just what I needed.....and refused to take a penny for them he even threw an extra one in for good measure. All this while he was busy repairing a watch. I've been using their service for years and cannot recommend highly enough.

Have used this watch repair shop for years. Battery replacement used to be £10/£15. Been quoted £45 today just because my watch is a Cartier. Guy beside me was having his done for £20. How can you justify the difference in price according to the brand of watch. Disgrace & total exploitation. You should be ashamed of yourselves. DO NOT TAKE luxury watches to this place. The smirk on the two gentlemen’s faces was truly insulting & added salt to the wound. Very displeased

Knowledgeable with great service
Super knowledgeable and they did a fantastic job. When I need a tweak the following day (my mistake) they did it for free too. Unbelievably good service and a massive recommend!

excellent service, have used 4 times - either quick on site job ( changing battery and repairing a clasp pin ) or send away for automatic movement repair. regular text message updates and friendly team. My go to for any work needed on my cheap or premium watches

Relaible and Trustworthy
I have used these guys a few times now and must say its a little Gem of a place. I have only needed battery replacement but have got a good service and good explaination of my watches. I recommend these guys. I've taken in two of my Tag Heuers, Baume and Mercier, Oris and a Ferraris but would certainly be happy to hand over my Rolex and Cartier.
