quick, easy, knowledgable and honest service. dealt with Marla, watch had a slight mark (barely seeable when received) but were up front from the off regarding it. very happy with my watch and the seervice.

I got in touch online to sell a Dec 2020 Vacheron Constantin watch. I was offered a price of £10000, the RRP is £19000.

I find this offer utterly insulting given that the same mode sells near retail price on Chrono. Even considering prices on Chrono might be inflated, the prices on the for sale sections on the various forums range between £15.5K to retail. Even Watchfinder offers more!

I understand that dealers need to make a margin, but these guys are proper robbers.

I have been following the guy’s channel on YouTube and he seemed a pretty decent guy. My impression could not have been further from the truths!!

Great service from initial contact to arrival of the watch on time and exactly as described. My only problem was it was a bit tight on my wrist, one phone call and I had an additional link in the post special delivery arrived this morning

What an outstanding service I received today. I emailed the team yesterday looking at selling one of my AP watches. From corresponding via email and then talking on the phone and then David and I agreeing a figure which I was happy to accept subject to the watch being as described and inspected. Having business in London we arranged a time to suit both and we met up (Covid secure) David looked at the watch, checked everything over (offering me several bottles of water) and was happy that the watch was as described over the telephone. Met the owner Alan and just like David an absolute gentlemen. Without doubt the best start to finish deal in selling a watch hands down.
If I decide to sell anything else in the future I will be contacting these guys.
