THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. They ship from Dubai and never answer emails. I have been emailing this co and writing on their website and FB since January (it is April)- multiple emails, multiple times. The 1st watch I was sent was huge and it took a 2 months and a $40 charge and $10 shipping to get it replaced with a watch *in the wrong box with a scrap of paper taped on saying they were out of Diesel boxes, and the watch DOESN’T WORK*. This company also asked me to remove my negative review from this website because they sent me another watch. When I sent a requested video of the non working new watch through FB the company accused me of not knowing how to set a watch. REALLY? NO, THE UNWORN WATCH DOES NOT WORK AND I REFUSE TO GET A NEW BATTERY. I KNOW HOW TO SET AN ANALOG WATCH. They REFUSE TO send me return info or give me a refund. They have ignored my messages and the last time they responded they said they had issues with their emails...um..yeh right. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT. I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION.So I now have an expensive, probably fake, watch from Dubai, that does not work and is sitting in the wrong box with the wrong instructions in my room, never worn. Bad decision to order thru this Co. Never again. I am filing a complaint with the BBB this week. Should not be called Watched of America, should be called Watches of United Arab Emirates.
